摘要： A method for manufacturing a laminated film and an apparatus for manufacturing a laminated film obtains a laminated film including a cured layer having a uniform thickness at the time of manufacturing a laminated film obtained by sandwiching the cured layer obtained by curing an actinic ray curable-type resin between two sheets of films. Steps include forming a coating film of a coating solution containing an actinic ray curable-type resin on the surface of a first film while continuously transporting the first film, laminating a second film on the coating film while continuously transporting the second film, and forming a cured layer of the coating film by irradiating the coating film with an actinic ray while continuously transporting the coating film by sandwiching the coating film between the first film and the second film, in a state where the first film is being wound around a backup roller.

摘要： A plurality of thermoplastic articles are superimposed against a support, an infrared transparent solid is superimposed to form a superimposed body and infrared is irradiated to the superimposed body from the side of the infrared transparent solid. For the irradiation source, an Er: YAG laser or fiber laser is used. The interface temperature of the thermoplastic article becomes relatively lower and a high temperature region can be developed within the superimposed body due to the infiltration of laser energy. As a result, degradation of the surface configuration due to thermal damages in the infrared irradiation side surface layer of the thermoplastic articles can be suppressed.

The electronic device structures may be attached to each other using ultraviolet and visible light curable adhesive. A layer of adhesive may be interposed between electronic device structures. A light source may generate ultraviolet light. The structures may include an ultraviolet-light-transparent structure through which the ultraviolet light passes to illuminate and cure the adhesive. The ultraviolet-light-transparent structure may form one of multiple shots of injection molded plastic in a device structure, may be formed using a plastic that is opaque at visible wavelengths, or may have a coating such as a metal coating to help reflect ultraviolet radiation onto the adhesive. Perforations in the coating may be used to pass ultraviolet radiation to the adhesive.

The fabrication method of a microfluidic circuit has a light transmissive substrate stacked on a light absorptive substrate, and the light transmissive substrate welded with the light absorptive substrate for bonding by directing light through the light transmissive substrate. The microfluidic circuit includes a microchannel at the bottom face of the light transmissive substrate and/or at the top face of the light absorptive substrate. The method includes the step of forming, at the light transmissive substrate, a light attenuation region attenuating transmittance of light towards the microchannel when light is directed through the light transmissive substrate.

摘要： A liquid lens is mounted in a lens opening provided in a photographic instrument by making use of a mounting member made of a material which transmits light of predetermined wavelength and includes an inner wall shaped and dimensioned to receive the periphery of the lens in spaced, opposed relationship. The mounting member includes a portion mounted or to be mounted to the optical instrument. A bonding material is provided between the lens periphery and the mounting member wall, and the bonding material is activated by exposure to light of the predetermined wavelength, which is injected from outside, through the mounting member. Preferably, the light is injected with a guide member having an opening with an interior wall shaped and dimensioned to conform to an exterior wall of the guide member. The light may be injected from an edge of the guide member remote from the opening, through the guide member, and into the mounting member.
