摘要： This disclosure relates to the field of head-up display (HUD) technology, and more particularly to an HUD system with a transparent nano film for image display. Specifically, an HUD system including ultra-thin glass is provided in the disclosure. The HUD system includes a projection light source, and laminated glass, and a transparent nano film. The transparent nano film includes at least two metal layers. The projection light source is configured to generate P-polarized light. The laminated glass provided with the transparent nano film has a maximum reflectivity Rmax and a minimum reflectivity Rmin for the P-polarized light that has the incident angle ranging from 45° to 72°, where Rmax/Rmin ranges from 1.0 to 2.0.

摘要： A Head up display system includes a projection light source, laminated glass, and a transparent nano film. The transparent nano film includes at least one laminated structure consisting of a high refractive-index layer and a low refractive-index layer, where the high refractive-index layer and the low refractive-index layer is deposited sequentially outwards from the surface of the inner glass pane. The projection light source is configured to generate P-polarized light. A ratio of near-red light reflectivity R1 at wavelengths ranging from 580 nm to 680 nm of the laminated glass with the transparent nano film to near-blue light reflectivity R2 at wavelengths ranging from 420 nm to 470 nm of the laminated glass with the transparent nano film is R1/R2=1.0˜2.0.

摘要： A curtain wall system includes a plurality of laminated glass sections or insulated-laminated glass sections, held within a plurality of horizontal extrusions and vertical extrusions. Each laminated glass section includes glass reinforcing bars having a flat bar shape. For insulated-laminated glass, the reinforcing bars have a cross-sectional shape of a ‘Z’ such that a top cap of the glass reinforcing bars extends over the glass section and a bottom cap of the glass reinforcing bars extends over an opposing side. The laminate glass has a layer of glass, a layer of thermoplastic polymer, another layer of glass and a safety shield. The insulated-laminated glass has an outer layer of glass, a gap, a first inner layer of glass, a layer of thermoplastic polymer, a second inner layer of glass and a safety shield. Such curtain wall systems resist wind loads and wind borne debris from ultimate hurricanes and tornadoes.

摘要： An armor system includes a hard face and at least one reinforcing layer covering a rear surface of the hard face. The reinforcing layer is fabricated from a glass-ceramic material exhibiting crystalline bodies throughout the mass of the glass-ceramic material. At least one resilient layer forms a rearward outer layer of the armor system. The hard face and cooperating reinforcing layers serve to disburse energy caused by the impact of an incoming projectile with the armor system, while the resilient layer serves to retain any pieces of the hard face and reinforcing layers fractured during ballistic impact. In certain embodiments, a plurality of hard faces, each with cooperating reinforcing and resilient layers, are held in parallel and spaced apart arrangement.
