摘要： A power distribution assembly integrated into the lower engine housing of an internal combustion engine, the assembly having a drive train with a T-box output configuration and power take off driven by the crankshaft of the engine. The drive train may power the input shafts of a pair of independent, variable drive transmissions. In one embodiment, a single actuator engages a manual clutch/brake mechanism that controls the output shaft of the power take off. In other embodiments, an electric clutch affords control of the power take off mechanism. In further embodiments, a hydraulic clutch/brake assembly allows control of the power take off, and an additional hydraulic clutch assembly may be used to control the outputs of the T-box.

摘要： A power transmission includes first and second clutches for switching a transmission path for a driving force therein. A clutch controlling unit provided for a work vehicle is configured to switch the transmission path from one to the other of first and second modes when a speed ratio parameter reaches a mode switching threshold. The clutch controlling unit is configured to keep setting the transmission path in the other mode even when the speed ratio parameter again reaches the mode switching threshold until a switching prohibition period having a predetermined initial value expires as long as a period of time elapsed after mode switching is included in the switching prohibition period. A trigger detecting unit provided for the work vehicle is configured to make the switching prohibition period expire when detecting a predetermined operation in the switching prohibition period.

摘要： A power-split transmission which is designed to be operated with either first or second deceleration logics. The second deceleration logic has a higher deceleration dynamic than the first deceleration logic, and is designed to disengage an engaged range clutch immediately so as to reduce the transmission ratio by way of a hydrostatic unit with a maximum dynamic. A method of operating the transmission includes: monitoring various vehicle parameters while the vehicle is operated with the first deceleration logic; detecting that at least one set limit value has been exceeded while the vehicle operated with the first deceleration logic; activating the second deceleration logic, to immediately disengage an engaged range clutch; reducing a transmission ratio to a maximum using the hydrostatic unit, the hydrostatic unit being displaced with a maximum dynamic; and engaging the range clutch and activating the first deceleration logic.

In the bulldozer, vibration generated by the engine is transmitted to the main frame through an engine supporting frame or a damping device, and then transmitted from the main frame to the hood, the transmission path of the vibration is long, thus the vibration damping becomes complicated and has a high damping value, and the vibration transmitted to the air cleaner is really small.
