摘要： A power train and related vehicle are described for multi-mode power transmission. A first continuously variable power source (“CVP”) may convert rotational power received by the engine for transmission to a second CVP. A variator assembly may receive rotational power from the second CVP at a first input and directly from the engine at a second input. A control assembly may include one or more output components and a plurality of clutch devices arranged between the one or more output components and the variator assembly and engine. In a first state of the control assembly, the plurality of clutch devices may collectively provide direct power transmission between the engine and the one or more output components. In a second state of the control assembly, the plurality of clutches may collectively provide power transmission between the variator and the one or more output components.

Further, when the necessary power is greater than the upper limit value and either the integral power value or the duration time exceeds a predetermined second threshold value greater than the first threshold value, the controller performs a second control of setting the assist power to zero.

摘要： A work vehicle includes a control unit having a motor switch control unit and a motor command determining unit. The motor switch control unit controls a motor switching mechanism so that a third motor connects to a first motor when a first rotation speed is less than a second rotation speed. The first rotation speed is the rotation speed of the first motor corresponding to that of a rotating shaft of the third motor. The second rotation speed is the rotation speed of the second motor corresponding to that of a rotating shaft of the third motor. When the third motor is connected to the first motor, the motor command determining unit determines a command torque for the first motor and the third motor so that the command torque for the third motor is no more than the command torque for the first motor.

The control system has a controller that causes the first actuator to operate according to the first input and the second actuator to operate according to the second input when the cabin faces a first direction. An intermediate gear set is drivingly engaged with the speed direction changing device and drivingly engaged with the input of the stepped-ratio transmission. A hydraulic machine in fluid communication with a hydraulic accumulator assembly, a transmission shaft of the hydraulic machine being drivingly engaged or selectively drivingly engaged with the intermediate gear set for providing energy to the intermediate gear set and for absorbing energy from the intermediate gear set. Also disclosed are methods of operating the hydraulic hybrid powertrain.

The method also includes determining that a storage device operably connected to the variator has an amount of stored energy sufficient to operate the variator at the variator output speed, and providing torque to a machine transmission with a machine power source and the variator. The variator is operated at the variator output speed using stored energy from the storage device to provide torque to the transmission. The torque provided to the transmission with the power source and the variator is sufficient to satisfy the travel speed request at the current power source speed.
