摘要： A closure and dispensing system for a container storing granulated powder that includes a closure comprising a collar and a lid, and a measuring utensil. An anti-bacterial food-grade additive can be coated on these components of the dispensing system or incorporated into the material of manufacture. The anti-microbial additive can include silver ions incorporated in the plastic resin or incorporated into a lacquer. The lid can be formed with a utensil retainer that can include an anti-microbial agent incorporated into its material of manufacture or coated onto its surface. The measuring utensil can be stored inside the closure and used to dispense granulated powder from the container.

A composition comprises a breathable sachet of cyclodextrin-encapsulated plant essential oils, such as thyme oil. Another composition comprises a mixture of a plant essential oil, protein, wax and glycerine used as a coating on at least one inner surface of a defined space such as a storage, shipping or delivery container or a flower sleeve. A method comprises addition of the composition to a defined space containing, or designed to contain, an agricultural product such as a fruit, vegetable or cut flower.

摘要： A monolithic display device for the point-of-sale display of produce manufactured out of a closed cell foam material and of solid construction, with a plurality of pockets formed into the top surface of the device and arranged in horizontal rows separated by upwardly extending horizontal dividing members, with upwardly extending intermediate dividing members separating adjacent pockets within each row. The display device is used in a retail setting by first being placed onto a table or other means of support, and then having produce placed onto the top surface within the pockets. The horizontal dividing members and the intermediate dividing members hold the produce in place on the device, while the foam construction of the device protects the produce from damage. In some embodiments different sized pockets are formed into the lower surface of the device so that the device can be used with different sized produce.
