摘要： The present disclosure relates to the technical field of catalysts, and specifically to a Zn—Al slurry catalyst, its preparation method and its application in preparing ethanol from syngas. The preparation method provided in the disclosure prepares the Zn—Al slurry catalyst by introducing a zinc component into an aluminum sol, and the preparation method has a simple operation and a lower cost. The Zn—Al slurry catalyst prepared in the disclosure includes the Zn component and the Al component, which may catalyze syngas to generate ethanol under mild conditions. Also, the catalyst has stable properties, is not easy to be deactivated, and reduces the cost of preparing ethanol from syngas. When the Zn—Al slurry catalyst provided in the disclosure is used as the catalyst for preparing ethanol from syngas, the reaction conditions are mild, and the syngas may be catalyzed to generate ethanol under the conditions of 250-340° C. and 3-5 MPa.

摘要： The disclosure describes a process for methanol synthesis remarkable in that it comprises the steps of (a) providing syngas (3), (b) providing at least one first catalytic composition (9) comprising at least one first methanol synthesis catalyst; (c) putting into contact said syngas (3) with said first catalytic composition (9) under first temperature conditions, to provide a first gaseous effluent (15); (d) providing at least one second catalytic composition (17) comprising at least one second methanol synthesis catalyst; (e) putting into contact at least a part of said first gaseous effluent (15) with said second catalytic composition (17), to provide a second gaseous effluent (23) and a second liquid effluent (21); (f) recovering methanol from first (15) and/or second (23) gaseous effluent. The use of a first catalytic composition (9) that comprises at least one first methanol synthesis catalyst in such a process for methanol synthesis is also described.

摘要： A method for the co-production of hydrogen and methanol including a hydrocarbon reforming or gasification device producing a syngas stream comprising hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide; introducing the syngas stream to a water gas shift reaction thereby converting at least a portion of the CO and H2O into H2 and CO2 contained in a shifted gas stream; cooling the shifted gas stream and condensing and removing the condensed fraction of H2O; then dividing the shifted syngas stream into a first stream and a second stream; introducing the first stream into a first hydrogen separation device, thereby producing a hydrogen stream, and introducing the second stream into a methanol synthesis reactor, thereby producing a crude methanol stream and a methanol synthesis off gas; introducing at least a portion of the methanol synthesis off gas into a second hydrogen separation device.

The tip of the rod may comprise planes of the form {1 0 −1 1} {0 1 −1 1}, {−1 1 0 1}, {−1 0 1 1}, {0 −1 1 1} or {1 −1 0 1} with tip edge regions including a crystallographic plane of the form {2 −1 −1 2} or {−2 1 1 2}. The rods may be joined at or near their bases to form a “flower-like” morphology. In an embodiment, a synthesis mixture is prepared by dissolving a zinc salt in an alcohol solvent, followed by addition of at least two additives. The zinc salt may be zinc nitrate hexahydrate, the first additive may be benzyl alcohol and the second additive may be urea.
