摘要： An illustrative example assembly for making an elevator load bearing member includes a fabric having a plurality of fibers arranged with some of the fibers transverse to others of the fibers. A plurality of cords are configured to support a load associated with an elevator car. The cords are included in the fabric and have respective coatings. The coatings include a first coating material and a second coating material, or include different coating thicknesses such that some of the coatings have a different coating thickness than others of the coatings, or the coatings include the first coating material and the second coating material and some of the coatings have a different coating thickness than others of the coatings.

摘要： An exemplary elongated elevator load bearing member includes a plurality of tension elements that extend along a length of the load bearing member. A plurality of weave fibers transverse to the tension elements are woven with the tension elements such that the weave fibers maintain a desired spacing and alignment of the tension elements relative to each other. The weave fibers at least partially cover the tension elements. The weave fibers are exposed and establish an exterior, traction surface of the load bearing member.

A metallic coating layer applied from a liquid solution is positioned over at least one end surface of the two end surfaces.

摘要： An elevator includes a car, a counterweight, a suspension working together with the car and the counterweight, and a wheel at least partially wound around by the suspension. The suspension includes a tie beam arrangement with two tie beams and an encasing shell wherein a ratio of the width of the suspension to the height thereof is in a range between one and three. The wheel includes a flute having a flat base for guiding the suspension. When the suspension is unloaded, there is an air gap between the suspension and a guide region of the flute. The suspension is ovalized under loading to close the air gap. The shell is coated, at least in areas, on the outer surface thereof, wherein the coating optionally has a friction-reducing, friction-increasing, and/or wear-detecting effect.

摘要： An elevator rope of the present invention includes: a rope main body; and a covering resin layer that covers the periphery of the rope main body, the covering resin layer obtained by cross-linking a molded product of a composition comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and a vinyl compound having two or more vinyl groups per molecule or a molded product of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer formed by using a polyol having a vinyl group for each molecule. In order to further stabilize the friction coefficient, inorganic fillers such as talc, a glass fiber and titanium oxide may be further mixed in the composition. The elevator rope of the present invention has a stable friction coefficient that does not depend on temperature or sliding velocity.
