摘要： A structural panel and method of fabricating and manufacturing same comprises a top panel and a bottom panel separated by and attached to at least one, but preferably a plurality, of structural composite preforms which may be fabricated by a continuous manufacturing process and may be saturated by resin using a continuous wetting process. The composite preforms may take any cross sectional shape but are preferably trapezoidal. The top and bottom panels may be fabricated from a plurality of layers of woven fabric layers and non-woven fabric layers which are saturated with a resin that is subsequently cured using cure processes known in the art. The composite structural panel of the invention is usable as a flat structural member for use as bridge decking, ramps, trestles, and any application requiring a structural panel.

摘要： The present invention provides a bidirectional energy-transfer system comprising: a thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete, disposed in a structural object; a location of energy supply or demand that is physically isolated from, but in thermodynamic and/or electromagnetic communication with, the thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete; and a means of transferring energy between the structural object and the location of energy supply or demand. The system can be a single node in a neural network. The thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete includes a conductive, shock-absorbing material, such as graphite. Preferred compositions are disclosed for the thermally and/or electrically conductive concrete. The bidirectional energy-transfer system may be present in a solar-energy collection system, a grade beam, an indoor radiant flooring system, a structural wall or ceiling, a bridge, a roadway, a driveway, a parking lot, a commercial aviation runway, a military runway, a grain silo, or pavers, for example.

The bridge deck also comprises an edge beam (9) on at least one edge of the composite panel and resting on the bridge support. The edge beam (9) overlaps the core (7) of the composite panel (5) in the height direction, while the top plastic skin (6) has a protruding part (28) which protrudes relative to the core (7). The protruding part (28) of the top plastic skin (6) extends over and is attached to the edge beam (9).

摘要： A pavement structure and method of steel bridge deck. The pavement method for steel bridge deck comprises: laying consecutively a 0.6 mm-0.8 mm epoxy waterproofing bond material layer, a 30 mm-40 mm injectable self-flowing asphalt concrete material layer, a 0.4 mm-0.6 mm epoxy asphalt bond material layer, and a 25 mm-40 mm latex cement mortar poured asphalt concrete material layer onto the top of the steel bridge deck to form the steel bridge deck pavement structure. The present invention has improved the overall deformation coordination ability and anti-fatigue performance of the pavement layer, and has obtained a comprehensive balance among the crack resistance at low temperatures, the stability performance at high temperatures, and the durability of the structure, and it is a scheme with high performance pavement structure.
