摘要： Latch assemblies for opening and closing openable structures having a housing defining a cavity, a handle movably mounted to the housing, and a latching mechanism between the handle and the housing. The latching mechanism includes at least one guide pin mounted to the housing, a first body movable along the at least one guide pin and having a first latching element extending through the housing, a second body movable along the at least one guide pin and having a second latching element extending through the housing, a first link attached to the first body, a second link attached to the second body, and a link connector operably connecting the first link to the second link, wherein movement of the link connector urges the first latching element and the second latching element apart through movement of the first link and the second link and the first body and the second body.

摘要： A pet cage door including a door frame and a door capable of opening and closing relative to the door frame. A locking device is disposed between the door and the door frame and includes a housing disposed on the door. A horizontal locking tongue which is horizontally movable to insert into a horizontal socket in the door frame is disposed in the housing, and a vertical locking bar which is vertically movable to insert into a vertical socket in the door frame is also disposed in the housing. The housing is also provided with a drive mechanism which is matched with the horizontal locking tongue and drives the vertical locking bar to unlock while driving the horizontal locking tongue to unlock.

摘要： A lock assembly comprises a housing, a handle, and a latch plunger operably connected with the handle. An exterior key lock and interior lock knob have a locked and unlocked position. A lock cam is rotatably and operably connected with the key lock and interior lock knob for rotation therewith. A crank arm of the lock cam is operatively coupled with a deadbolt lock movably mounted in the housing for shifting between a locked position and an unlocked position. The deadbolt lock is also operably coupled with a motor, wherein a motor cam clutch is operably coupled with the motor and operably interposed between the lock cam and the motor, wherein the motor cam clutch allows rotation of the lock cam between the locked and unlocked positions without rotating the motor cam clutch or a motor shaft of the motor.

A bottom surface of the engaging groove gear is fit with a bottom surface of the cam. The mechanical control mechanism includes a mechanical actuating part and the half gear. The mechanical actuating part is meshed with the half gear. The cam is driven by the engaging groove gear and the half gear separately and independently. The rotary plug includes a rotary shaft and a plug body. The rotary shaft is arranged at one end of the plug body and is engaged in the cam. The plug body is a cylinder provided at a side thereof with a groove.

When the exterior handle is in the extended position, the interior handle is disengaged from the actuator. When the exterior handle is in the retracted position, it is stowed in the housing pan.
