摘要： The present invention relates to a locking device with arrangement for selecting an active side of a door, the locking device comprising —a first side configured to face a first side of a door and a second side configured to face a second side of a door when the locking device is mounted in the door, —a bolt that is configured to move between an extended position and a retracted position, said movement being in a direction parallel to the first side and the second side, and —a bolt operating mechanism configured to control a position of the bolt, and the arrangement comprising —a first handle receiving portion arranged on the first side of the locking device, and configured to rotate when a first handle is operated, —a second handle receiving portion arranged on the second side of the locking device, and configured to rotate when a second handle is operated, wherein the first handle receiving portion and the second handle receiving portion are configured to move independently of each other; the arrangement also comprising —a connector configured to transmit a movement from the first handle receiving portion or the second handle receiving portion to the bolt operating mechanism of the locking device; —an actuator movable from a first position, in which it connects the first handle receiving portion to the connector to a second position in which it connects the second handle receiving portion to the connector, so that a rotation of the first handle receiving portion or second handle receiving portion is configured to generate a movement of the bolt; —and a fastening device configured to fixate the actuator in the first position or the second position, —wherein the fastening device is configured to be accessible from a third side of the locking device, said third side being essentially perpendicular to the first and second side.

摘要： A door assembly for selectively interlocking opposing doors each pivotably mounted at a hinge side thereof to a door frame so as to both open and close in the same direction includes a door handle assembly mounted to one door at a latch side thereof opposite the hinge side and carrying a first plurality of magnets, and another door handle assembly mounted to the other door at a latch side thereof opposite the hinge side and carrying a second plurality of magnets. The door handle assemblies are arranged relative to each other with the first and second pluralities of magnets aligned such each aligned pair of the first and second pluralities of magnets have opposite magnetic polarities, and the aligned first and second pluralities of magnets magnetically couple to each other as the door handle assemblies are brought into contact with each other.

摘要： An adapter and interface permits a standard mortise lock to drive top and bottom latch mechanisms of a multi-point lock system. An actuator permits in situ adjustment of the top and bottom vertical latch projections of adjusting these projections while the door is hung in the door frame. An installation tool assists in the installation of the vertical rods in a door. A connector and carrier secures the vertical rods to the actuator and permits verification of retention of the rods in a multi-point latching system. A latch dogging indicator allows for end-user adjustment between a single-point lock and a multi-point lock system when desired. These different aspects may be employed in combination or separately with other locking systems.

摘要： In a door lock, a locking mechanism includes an outer wheel, an inner wheel disposed inside the outer wheel and operable to rotate relative to the outer wheel, a clutch member disposed in the inner wheel and normally biased to radially extend from the inner wheel into the outer wheel to interengage the inner and outer wheels, and an arm plate sleeved around the inner wheel. When the inner wheel rotates in a first direction, the arm plate is driven by the inner wheel to actuate the deadbolt. When the inner and outer wheels are interengaged, the inner wheel drives the outer wheel by rotating in a second direction. When the inner wheel disengages from the outer wheel, rotation of the inner wheel in the first or second direction is idle relative to the outer wheel.

The removably attachable assembly may include a housing to be attached to the escutcheon and a hub rotatably disposed within the housing for operably connecting an operating handle to a drive spindle. A torsion spring may bias the hub toward an initial position. At least one stopper plate may interact with the cartridge housing for limiting rotational motion of the hub relative to the housing. Selectively positioning the stopper plate and the spring relative to the housing provides the assembly with the ability to provide a right-handed operation and a left-handed operation.

摘要： A retractor assembly for a cylindrical lockset comprises inner and outer retractors. Each of the retractors has a cam engaging surface to convert rotary motion from the inside door handle into linear latch-retracting motion. Inner and outer spindles having retractor activation cams are configured to bear upon cam surfaces of the inner and outer retractors to retract the latch. When the inner door handle is operated, the inner retractor acts directly upon the tailpiece of the latch bolt assembly to retract the latch. When the outer door handle is operated, the outer retractor presses on the inner retractor, causing it to retract the latch. If there is an attack, a blocker assembly engages with members formed in the outer retractor to render the outer retractor inoperative to move into a latch-retracting position without interfering with operation of the inner retractor to move into a latch-retracting position.

A battery provides electricity required for moving the latch head between a latching position and an unlatching position or providing electricity required for permitting or not permitting movement of the lead head from the latching position to the unlatching position. A transmitter includes a wireless transmitting circuit and is mounted to a door frame to which the door is pivotably mounted. The transmitter is connected to a power supply. When the door is in an open position, the receiver is not aligned with the transmitter. When the door is in a closed position, the receiver is aligned with the transmitter, the receiver receives radio wave from the transmitter, converts the radio wave into electricity, and stores the electricity in the battery.
