摘要： A door lock with a reinforced fireproof effect includes a lock body mounted on a door and inner and outer operating units mounted to two sides of the door, respectively. The lock body includes inner and outer chassis made of ferrous material or stainless steel having a melting point higher than 1300° C. Inner and outer fixing members coupled with the inner and outer chassis are also made of ferrous material or stainless steel. Thus, these components of the door lock are less likely to melt during a fire, reducing the spreading speed of the fire.

摘要： A dashpot comprising: a closed cylinder cavity and a damper shaft (24) which are rotatable with respect to one another; a piston (47) which is slideable between two extreme positions; and a motion converting mechanism to convert the relative rotation between the cylinder barrel (17) and the damper shaft (24) into a sliding motion of the piston (47). The motion converting mechanism comprises two co-operating screw threads, one (58) being provided on an outer wall of the piston (47) and the other one being provided on an inner wall of the cylinder barrel (17) or on an inner wall of a plastic tubular element fixed to the cylinder barrel. By providing the screw thread (58) on the outside of the piston (47), the diameter of the screw thread (58) is increased thereby increasing its lead and thus causing a higher volume of hydraulic fluid to be displaced during operation of the dashpot.

摘要： An elevator car upper handrail apparatus, in which a connecting body is provided between respective ends of first and second side handrails on a landing side. The connecting body includes an opening/closing member which is rotatable between a closed position, in which a path for movement of a worker from a landing to a car upper surface is closed by the opening/closing member, and an open position, in which the path for movement is opened by the opening/closing member. The opening/closing member is configured to return automatically to the closed position. When the opening/closing member is in the closed position, the connecting body transmits an external force applied to one of the first and second side handrails in the width direction of a car to the other of the first and second side handrails.

摘要： An opening device for a flap of a vehicle, in particular for a rear flap, pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis on the upper edge of an opening in the vehicle body from a closed position into an open position having a gas-filled spring coupled to the body by the free end of its piston rod at a distance from the pivot axis and coupled to the flap by its pressure tube at a distance from the pivot axis. The gas-filled spring in the exload direction applies a force to the flap in the opening direction. Furthermore, an actuator can act on the flap in the opening direction. The actuator is an energy accumulator which, applies a force to the flap during its opening stroke from the closed position until a relaxed position of the energy accumulator is reached.

摘要： A lock latch mechanism disposed within a powered locking device of a transit vehicle door system for maintaining a lock lever in an unlock position without the aid of the lock actuator. The lock latch mechanism includes a lock latch lever biased for engagement with an unlock cam through the use of a bias spring. The lock latch mechanism further includes a reset lever assembly engaging such lock latch lever during the door closing motion to allow movement of the lock lever form such unlocking position into such locking position to maintain at least one door of the transit vehicle in the fully closed and lock position. A manual release lever is provided to move the lock lever from such locking position into such unlocking position enabling the lock latch mechanism to maintain the lock lever in such unlocked position.

摘要： A door operator for moving a door includes a motor for moving the door between opened and closed positions, an operator for controlling the operation of the motor, and a switch, such as a wired wall station or a remote transmitter, for enabling the operator to control operation of the motor. Pushing and releasing the switch results in the operator allowing the motor to apply a normal range of torque values, and wherein pushing and holding the switch results in the operator allowing the motor to apply a broader-than-normal range of torque values. An external safety device coupled to the operator may be used with the operator. If the external safety device is enabled and the door is closing, the motor allows application of a higher-than-normal range of torque values. The door operator may also take corrective action if excessive door speed is detected. But, this corrective action can be overridden if the switch is held closed for a predetermined time.
