摘要： The present disclosure relates to internal combustion engines. Various embodiments thereof may include a fuel injection valve for a combustion engine comprising: a valve body with a cavity; a valve needle movable in the cavity; an actuator assembly to actuate the valve needle. The actuator assembly includes an electro-magnetic coil, a pole piece positioned inside the cavity, and an armature element. The armature element moves within the cavity to move the valve needle in a predetermined direction. A fixing ring abutting the pole piece, fixed to the valve body by means of joining to a circumferential surface of the cavity.

摘要： In a fuel injection valve, a bobbin includes a bobbin main body serving as a part around which a coil is wound, and a terminal housing portion projecting upward from a part of a circumferential direction of the bobbin main body. The terminal housing portion is exposed to the exterior of a cap. A terminal is inserted into the terminal housing portion and electrically connected to the coil. A gap is provided between the core and a housing portion inner surface serving as a core side surface of the terminal housing portion. Resin used to form the connector mold penetrates the gap.

摘要： A fuel injector for an internal combustion engine includes an injector body in which there are positioned an actuator, a control valve, and a needle guide. The actuator actuates the control valve, the control valve controlling an injection needle sliding the needle guide between an open position in which injection is permitted and a closed position in which the injection of fuel is prevented. The injector additionally includes a first electrical connection extending from the needle guide to a metal that are internal to the injector, and a metal extension extending from the metal ring to a connector pin accessible from the outside of the injector, so that an electrical signal indicative of the position of the needle can be transmitted from the needle guide for the needle to the connector pin.

摘要： A needle has a large-diameter portion, an outer diameter of which is larger than that of a shaft portion of the needle. A needle-side tapered surface is formed at the large-diameter portion on a valve closing side thereof, wherein the needle-side tapered surface is inclined by a needle angle with respect to a center axis of the needle. A core-side tapered surface is formed at a movable core, wherein the core-side tapered surface is inclined by a core angle with respect to the center axis of the needle. The needle and the movable core are brought into contact with each other via the needle-side and the core-side tapered surfaces. The needle angle and the core angle are made to be equal to each other.

摘要： A stator assembly for a fuel valve comprising a magnetic E-core of stacked E-shaped laminations, a plastic bobbin proportioned to surround a central leg of the core, a magnetic wire coil on the bobbin, a non-magnetic metal plate having an O-shaped profile adjacent an end of the bobbin and distal ends of central and outer legs of the E-core, the core, bobbin, coil and plate encapsulated in a block, the block having a pair of vent channels overlying portions of the plate disposed between the outer core legs and the central core leg, the plate being proportioned to pre-stress the outer core legs outwardly prior to encapsulation whereby cyclic strain on the block due to hydraulic forces imposed by high pressure fuel pulses tending to spread the outer core legs is reduced and resistance of the block to cracking due to said fuel pressure pulses is increased.
