摘要： A control device of a wheel loader obtains a first ratio between a value corresponding to a target traveling distance for the wheel loader, when it travels to a discharge position where an excavated substance is discharged after an excavation with a bucket, and a value corresponding to a target elevation amount for an elevation of a boom after a motion is started. The control device also obtains a second ratio between a value corresponding to an actual traveling distance after the wheel loader starts its motion to the position where the excavated substance is discharged after the excavation with the bucket, and a value corresponding to an actual elevation amount of the boom after the motion is started. The control device then controls a transmission toque transmitted to a drive wheel from an engine in order that a difference between the first ratio and the second ratio becomes zero.

摘要： A control system and method for detecting variable load types and controlling the operation of a PTO clutch to effect engagement of the clutch with variable loads, and especially to more optimally effect the engagement of a clutch with a very light load or an associated over-running clutch is disclosed. The control system includes a controller that receives input and output clutch shaft speed signals and generates control signals to control the pressure applied by the clutch. If no appreciable engine droop is detected at the time of initial movement of the output clutch shaft, the load is considered to be of a very light load type, and a set of control signals based upon such load type designation, which control signals define a control curve that is flatter and more gentle than would otherwise be considered desirable, is thereafter applied to the clutch to effect engagement of the load.

When fine adjustment is performed with the use of brake operating means such as a brake pedal, a clutch pressure of the input clutch is varied with high responsiveness to the change of the brake operating means to enable the fine adjustment with high accuracy. Clutch pressure detection means detects a clutch pressure of the input clutch. A controller serving as determination means determines whether or not a rising speed of the clutch pressure of the input clutch is less than a limit rising speed of the original pressure. A controller serving as original pressure control means adjusts the original pressure such that a difference between the original pressure and the detected clutch pressure of the input clutch becomes a predetermined offset pressure when it is determined that the clutch pressure rising speed of the input clutch is less than the original pressure limit rising speed, and adjusts the original pressure such that the original pressure is raised at the original pressure limit rising speed when it is determined that the clutch pressure rising speed of the input clutch is equal to or higher than the original pressure limit rising speed.

摘要： Hydraulic double clutch comprising a tractor-driving clutch unit and a power takeoff clutch unit accommodated in a clutch housing serving also as an oil tank. Hydraulic pumps disposed in the housing have gears respectively meshing with a gear on the drive disk assembly of the double clutch to force the working oil into the clutch units through individual oil passages and to push the pistons of the units. Each of the oil passages is provided with a poppet valve at an intermediate portion thereof. The poppet valves are opened or closed to disengage or engage the clutch units independently of each other for interruption or transmission of the torque of engine. Each of the valves is automatically opened when the pressure on the piston builds up to excess and is therefore serviceable also as a pressure control valve. The valve is operable to bring the clutch unit into substantially semi-engaged state.

Moreover, in response to determining that the output speed for the PTO clutch has not increased within the predetermined time period, the method may include transmitting a speed control command associated with increasing a requested engine speed for the work vehicle, determining an adaptive torque command for controlling the engagement of the PTO clutch as a function of the average engine-pre-load, and controlling the engagement of the PTO clutch based on the adaptive torque command.

The controller monitors signals received from a plurality of sensors and compares the monitored signals with respective signal thresholds. The clutch assembly is engaged when the compared monitored signals are within the signal thresholds.
