摘要： The valve device has a valve main body defining a valve chest provided with a NO outlet port and a NC outlet port through which a fluid flows, and a valve for opening/closing the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The valve includes a diaphragm disposed so as to cover the valve chest, and a drive means for pressing the diaphragm to open/close the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The first valve seat and the second valve seat are formed around the NC outlet port and NO outlet port. The diaphragm is made of an elastic material of which JIS-K6253 durometer A hardness is A50-A85. The pressure of the diaphragm seated on the first valve seat and the second valve seat is 0.5-1.0 N/sq·mm.

摘要： By a securing structure 4, a diaphragm 3 dividing a space 20 into a first chest 21 and a second chest 22 is secured to a case 2 forming the space 20 therein. The case 2 has a first frame 5 having a first concave portion 50 for forming the first chest 21, and a second frame 6 having a second concave portion 60 for forming the second chest 22. The edge portion 32 of the diaphragm 3 is compressed and secured between the first frame 5 and the second frame 6 which are fitted with each other. The first frame 5 has a first securing portion 52 for retaining the second frame 6 upon the fitting so as not to come off.

摘要： A solenoid valve includes a diaphragm assembly which isolates the fluid being controlled by the valve from the solenoid cell and the armature. The diaphragm assembly includes integrally formed poppet members and sealing rings which prevent misalignment of component parts. Force is applied by the armature on the diaphragm via a force ball which provides a central force and eliminates misalignment. In an alternative embodiment the force ball is eliminated and the diaphragm assembly is connected directly to the armature.

摘要： A rocker valve comprising a rocker valve mechanism in a valve body. The mechanism comprises a single pivot arm to which first and second plungers are pivotally fixed to act in opposition. The rocker valve includes a flexible seal member extending laterally across the first and second fluid ports and having a first sealing region attached to a plunger head of the first plunger and a second sealing region attached to a plunger head of the second plunger. When the single pivot arm is pivoted relative to the valve body, a rotation of at least one of the first and second plungers about its respective fixed pivot is constrained solely by the flexible seal member such that a lateral position of the plunger head is automatically adjusted by the flexible seal member to balance tensile forces in the flexible seal member around the plunger head.

摘要： A manual water-feeding mechanism for a sensor faucet includes: a base connected to at least one water inlet; a solenoid seat connected to a water outlet of a water pipe directed to the faucet; a base containing therein a first channel communicated to a water inlet and a second channel in the solenoid seat, wherein a solenoid diaphragm controls open and close of the second channel; a third channel, communicated to the first channel from its lateral side; a fourth channel having one end connected to third channel and an opposite end connected to second channel behind the solenoid diaphragm; and a manual stem having one end abutting between a middle section and an exit of the third channel. The manual stem when rotated allows water to flow through the third channel, the fourth channel and the second channel to the water pipe.

The valve member includes a diaphragm carrier that can be driven to execute a switchover motion having a sealing diaphragm mounted thereon, which delimits a valve chamber in which a valve seat is found. The sealing diaphragm has a sealing section opposite said valve seat belonging at least partially to a loose diaphragm section of the sealing diaphragm, which can lift from the diaphragm carrier to reduce the stress on the sealing diaphragm when said diaphragm carrier is removed from the valve seat during switching.
