摘要： A valve controller for controlling a valve and a valve comprising the valve controller are disclosed. The valve has an actuator and a flow controlling unit. The valve controller is configured to execute a setup process and comprises a first pilot valve that can energize the actuator by allowing a first pressurized fluid to enter the actuator and de-energizing the actuator by allowing the fluid to leave the actuator. The valve controller further has an input device by which the setup process can be initiated, and a memory unit for storing setup parameter values. The setup process comprises: determining parameter values indicative of the functionality of at least one of the valve controller, the actuator and the flow controlling unit, and storing the parameter values as setup parameter values in the memory unit.

A stem vertical-movement-amount adjustment means 11 is provided with: a handle 41 which has a female screw 41b on an inner periphery thereof and which is rotatably supported by a casing 4; a movable body 42 in which a male screw 46b is provided on an outer periphery thereof and is screwed into the inner periphery of the handle 41; and a guide means 43 which prevents rotation of the movable body 42 relative to the casing 4 and which enables vertical movement of the movable body 42.

摘要： A multistage piston actuator exerts a driving pressure against a spring pressure into pressure chambers of piston bodies, fitted into a cylinder body, to operate the push rod. Each piston body is combined with a partition fitted into the cylinder body. Each piston body includes a pressure receiving plate portion, and an axial rod and a slidable cylindrical guide portion extending concentrically in opposite directions, the axial rod having an axial air passage connected to the pressure chambers. Each partition includes a base plate portion having a through-hole which receives the axial rod of an adjacent piston body, a large-diameter outermost cylindrical portion fitted into the cylinder body, and a slidable cylindrical guide portion slidably fit-engaged with the slidable cylindrical guide portion of the piston body. The axial rods of each piston body are brought into contact to operate the push rod.

摘要： A pressure relief device for a double isolation valve comprises a body with a valve cavity. The valve body has a pocket formed therein. A disc is disposed in the central section of the pocket. The disc is interposed between two spring-actuated seats. Each of the seats is in fluid communication with opposing valve sides. The pocket central section is in fluid communication with the valve body cavity. Each of the seats is provided with two different types of gaskets in series. In operation, reverse pressure causes retraction of the seats, thereby relieving valve body cavity overpressure.
