摘要： Provided is a flexible heat radiating sheet with high thermal conductivity. The heat radiating sheet includes a resin material and a heat radiating member that extends in the planar direction and has a required thickness. The heat radiating member is bent such that in portions of a thin plate member between adjacent slit rows, projecting portions and recess portions are alternately repeated in the X-axis direction, and a projecting portion and a recess portion that are adjacent in the Y-axis direction are located facing each other. The heat radiating member is entirely buried in the resin material excluding apexes of the projecting portions and the recess portions.

The heat exchanger can be used to cool oil in one embodiment which is used in a compression process. The heat exchanger can be a bar-and-plate type heat exchanger having a number of external fins, internal fins, parting sheets, and header bars. The external fins can include louvers formed therein. An arrangement of multiple unrelated components can be provided that improves pressure loss and reduces weight.

Flow plates are arranged in the plate pairs and, toward the longitudinal sides, expose in each case one edge channel within the plate pairs. An inlet and an outlet are connected to the edge channels, and a liquid flows through the flow plates between the edge channels, the liquid flowing in counterflow with respect to the charge air which flows in on one side of the housing, through the fins, and leaves the housing again on an opposite other side.

In at least one embodiment, the heat exchanger includes charge air tubes and coolant turbulators made of corrugated sheet metal interposed between the air tubes. The turbulators define coolant channels and including at least one turbulating device provided therein. According to at least one embodiment of the invention, at least one channel includes at least one continuously shaped side wall which is non-apertured along its entire length and thus promotes coolant flow along the channel by inhibiting cross flow of coolant to a neighbouring channel.
