摘要： A protein chip, kit and preparation method thereof for detecting abnormal decarboxy prothrombin in serum, a substrate carrier of the protein chip is provided with a plurality of detection subareas; wherein each detection subarea is used for detecting a serum sample, and is internally provided with a detection-spot area and a control-spot area, and the detection-spot area has a detection spot formed by spraying a trace amount of a DCP-specific antibody, the control-spot area has a control spot formed by spraying a bovine serum albumin; all the detection spots within one of the detection-spot area have the same material concentration, to form each of the detection spots, a total volume of 3-5 nl of the DCP-specific antibody with a concentration of 3-5 mg/mL is used; each of the detection spots is formed by a non-contact spotter, performing 6-10 spot sprays and spraying 300-500 pL in each spray.

摘要： Provided is a reagent for assaying a thrombin-antithrombin complex (TAT) in a blood sample from a subject by latex agglutination assay. The reagent includes a polycation. The antibody binding to the antithrombin part of the complex has a reactivity to TAT that is 100 or more times higher than the reactivity to free antithrombin and the assay reagent is preferably designed to achieve a pH of 5.8 to 6.6 during the assay.

One or more electrodes are located under the channels. As the fluid flows over the electrodes in the channels, the impedance between the electrodes may be measured to determine fluid properties. In order to increase the accuracy of the measurements, the electrode deposition may be configured to be less than 10 μm in thickness via a printing process with high process consistency, thereby reducing the disruption of the electrode deposition on the fluid flow.

摘要： A method of determining kinetic parameters for a reversible molecular interaction between a ligand immobilized to a solid support surface and a binding partner to the ligand in solution, comprises sequentially, without intermediate regeneration or renewal of the immobilized ligand, flowing a plurality of fluid volumes containing different known concentrations of the binding partner over the solid support surface, monitoring the momentary amount of binding partner bound to the solid support surface related to time and solution concentration of binding partner and collecting the binding data, and determining the kinetic parameters by globally fitting a predetermined kinetic model for the interaction between the binding partner and the immobilized ligand to the collected binding data, which model allows for mass transport limitation at the solid support surface. An analytical system for carrying out the method, a computer program, a computer program product and a computer system for performing the method are also disclosed.
