    • A current meter having a movably mounted swivel element, in which an angle is subtended between a first leg and a second leg of the swivel element. A free end of the first leg is coupled to the handle and a free end of the second leg is coupled to the first receiving element, these being movable relative to each other, so that upon activating the handle an activating force engaging with the first leg can be generated. The activating force can be converted by the swivel element into a displacement force on the second leg, directed transversely to the activating force, so that by this displacement force the first receiving element can be moved.

    • Embodiments of a data rack assembly for an electrical panel are provided. The electrical panel comprises a housing with a panelboard operatively connected to a live panel bus for distributing power to electrical components within the electrical panel. The electrical panel further includes a data rack assembly comprised of a lower bracket attached to an upper bracket. The lower bracket includes a pair of side walls defining a channel therebetween for accommodating and arranging one or more electrical wires, while the upper bracket includes a pair of support members for attaching the data assembly to the panelboard. A data carriage comprising slots for inserting data modules is also provided and attached to the upper bracket for creating monitoring points within the electrical panel. By arranging the electrical wires in the channel, additional space is available for installing additional data rack assemblies, thereby providing additional monitoring points.

    • A faulted circuit indicator (FCI) may use a multiple coil configuration to improve measurements of current flowing through a power line. The FCI may include a fault alert module and a sensor configured to measure a current flowing within a power line based on a first inductive coupling with the power line. The FCI may further include a power supply configured to provide at least one supply voltage based on a second inductive coupling with the power line. The FCI may include a detector/controller module coupled to the fault alert module, sensor, and power supply. The detector/controller may be configured to monitor measurements provided by the sensor, and provide a warning signal to the fault alert module when a fault condition in the power line is detected.
