摘要： Aspects of the present disclosure describe a SMPS system, comprising a SMPS and an inductor current sensing device. The SMPS comprise a high-side (HS) switch and a low-side (LS) switch coupled in series and an output filter including an inductor and a capacitor coupled to a switch node formed by the HS and LS switches. An inductor current is supplied by the inductor to a load. The inductor current sensing device coupled across the LS switch has a first input configured to receive a node signal indicating a voltage level at the switch node, a second input configured to receive an input voltage of the system and a third input configured to receive an output voltage of the system. The inductor current sensing device is configured to obtain a first constant DC slope information, a second constant DC slope information and a valley current information based on the first input, second and third inputs, and generate an output signal based on the first constant DC slope information, the second constant DC slope information and the valley current information. The output signal has a triangular waveform including a rising slope and a falling slope proportional to rising and falling slopes of the inductor current.

摘要： Harmonics are generated when pulse width modulation is carried out with an asymmetrical triangular wave as a carrier signal in a power conversion device. In order to restrict these harmonics, a command value is corrected in advance so as to be distorted, a gate signal of a switching operation is determined lasing a post-correction command value and an asymmetrical carrier signal, and pulse width modulation is carried out, whereby an output voltage or output current with no distortion is obtained.

摘要： A sensorless measurement device for filter capacitor current by using a state observer is provided. The sensorless measurement device comprises a chip, wherein the chip comprises the state observer. The state observer is configured to retrieve a filter-capacitor-voltage actual value and a direct current link (dc-link) voltage of a present sampling time. According to the filter-capacitor-voltage actual value and the dc-link voltage, the state observer is configured to output a filter-capacitor-voltage state variable value, a filter-capacitor-current state variable value, and a disturbance-voltage state variable value of a next sampling time. The filter-capacitor-current state variable value is an average current value without ripples.

摘要： A circuit comprising an ECM system is provided. The circuit includes a current monitor circuit configured to monitor the ECM system to measure a set of currents supplied to a set of circuits. The circuit also includes an alert circuit configured to generate an alert based on at least one current of the set of currents in comparison to at least one threshold. The circuit further includes a throttle circuit configured to throttle a performance of at least one circuit in order to decrease the current to the at least one circuit based on the generation of the alert. The current used by the circuit may act as an analogue for the system power used. Accordingly, the current used by the circuit may be used to determine when to throttle one or more aspects of the functionality of the circuit.

摘要： A system and method of measuring real-time current is disclosed. The method includes calibrating a voltage measurement device. Calibrating includes measuring a real-time voltage difference between a first measurement node located proximate a first connector on a motherboard and a second measurement node located proximate a second connector on a power supply unit (PSU), the first and the second connectors coupled to provide power to the motherboard. Calibrating further includes averaging the real-time voltage difference for a plurality of measurements; computing a resistance of the coupling based at least on a long-duration averaged current from the PSU and the averaged real-time voltage difference, the resistance varying over time; and reporting the resistance of the coupling to the voltage measurement device. The method also includes measuring a real-time current of the PSU at the voltage measurement device based at least on the resistance of the coupling and the real-time voltage difference.
