摘要： Systems and methods are provided for retrieving values from a data bus of a vehicle. One illustrative method includes applying values from sensors at a vehicle to addresses of a data bus at the vehicle, retrieving values from the addresses of the data bus based on an operational state of the vehicle, and determining that the vehicle has entered another operational state. The method further includes loading a second sampling scheme corresponding with the other operational state, and retrieving values from an address of the data bus at a new rate corresponding with the other operational state.

摘要： Various methods and systems for creating or performing a dynamic sampling scheme for a process during which measurements are performed on wafers are provided. One method for creating a dynamic sampling scheme for a process during which measurements are performed on wafers includes performing the measurements on all of the wafers in at least one tot at all measurement spots on the wafers. The method also includes determining an optimal sampling scheme, an enhanced sampling scheme, a reduced sampling scheme, and thresholds for the dynamic sampling scheme for the process based on results of the measurements. The thresholds correspond to values of the measurements at which the optimal sampling scheme, the enhanced sampling scheme, and the reduced sampling scheme are to be used for the process.

摘要： Production data are streamed by a shop floor (a field) of a plant towards a data compression processor inside a MES/ERP server. The data stream is segmented in field data intervals of variable duration, each one carrying a tag composed of initial timespan s°, final timespan e°, and the variation v° undergone by the monitored variable. The processor takes a first incoming tag and calculates a data compression interval of constant duration y which is a function of e°, then it creates a vector [s°, e°, v°, m=v°, n=e°−s°]. Until the incoming tags fall into the current compression interval, subsequent variations v° are summed up and subsequent s° and e° updated, obtaining an updated vector [s, e, v, m, n], otherwise the compression vector is stored in a SQL database and a new compression interval entered.
