摘要： The invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a key press comprising a circuit substrate, to a key module with a key cap and a movement mechanism, and to a device for detecting the movement of the key cap, wherein this device comprises an electrical resonance circuit with a primary coil and a secondary coil with a short-circuited winding, which secondary coil is moved with the key cap, wherein the primary coil and the secondary coil are inductively coupled to one another, and the strength of the inductive coupling between the primary coil and secondary coil and thus at least one physical variable of the resonance circuit change during the movement of the key cap.
The invention also relates to a keyboard comprising one or more such apparatuses and to a method for detecting a key press.

摘要： A switch apparatus has a pressing section that is formed of a rubber-like elastic material and has a pressing region that is pressed in a predetermined pressing direction; and a capacitance sensor for detecting the pressing of the pressing region on the basis of capacitance. The capacitance sensor is positioned apart from the pressing section in the pressing direction, and is configured so that when the pressing region is not being pressed, a space (clearance) is maintained between the part (the lowermost surface of a protruding section of the pressing section on the side towards the capacitance sensor corresponding to the pressing region and another member (base housing disposed in the vicinity of the pressing region along the pressing direction, the space (clearance) allowing the part on the side towards the capacitance sensor to move in the pressing direction.

摘要： An electric pushbutton switch includes a pushbutton, a rocker, and a housing. The pushbutton has a substantially rectangular actuating surface. The pushbutton is received within the housing and is displaceable connected to the housing. The pushbutton displaces with respect to the housing by way of a pressure actuation onto the actuating surface, thus triggering an electrical switching element. The rocker is box-shaped and is arranged within the housing beneath the pushbutton body and is at least partially encompassed by the pushbutton. The rocker is mounted on an inner longitudinally extending wall of the housing by a pivot bearing. By actuating the actuating surface, the rocker pivots about the pivot bearing while supporting the pushbutton along the longitudinal extension of the pushbutton.

Conductive threads are woven into the top textile layer and the bottom textile layer. When the top textile layer is combined with the bottom textile layer, the conductive threads from each layer form a capacitive touch sensor that is configured to detect touch-input. The bottom textile layer is not visible and couples the capacitive through sensor to electronic components, such as a controller, a wireless interface, an output device (e.g., an LED, a display, or speaker), and so forth.

Furthermore, the detecting sensor includes an insulator film provided on the surface of the board that covers the electrodes; pressing force detection electrodes provided on a back surface of the board; and a pressing force detection electrode provided to oppose to the electrodes with a gap therebetween. Consequently, it is possible to provide the detecting sensor that can reliably receive a user's input operation and precisely detect a pressing position and a pressing force.

摘要： An efficient deposition process is provided for fabricating reliable RF MEMS capacitive switches with multilayer ultrananocrystalline (UNCD) films for more rapid recovery, charging and discharging that is effective for more than a billion cycles of operation. Significantly, the deposition process is compatible for integration with CMOS electronics and thereby can provide monolithically integrated RF MEMS capacitive switches for use with CMOS electronic devices, such as for insertion into phase array antennas for radars and other RF communication systems.
