摘要： An electrical connector includes a housing and a terminal position assurance (TPA) member. The housing defines multiple cavities that extend between mating and cable ends of the housing, and are oriented parallel to a cavity axis. The housing holds electrical terminals within the cavities for electrically connecting to mating contacts of a mating connector. The TPA member is mounted to the cable end of the housing and movable relative to the housing between an unlocked position and a locked position. The TPA member moves from the unlocked position to the locked position along an actuation axis that is perpendicular to the cavity axis. The TPA member includes ledges that protrude into the cavities of the housing and into corresponding retreat paths of the terminals when the TPA member is in the locked position to block retreat of the terminals towards the cable end of the housing.

摘要： A conductive component structure for wire connection terminal has higher electro-conductive performance and is more securely assembled with the conductive wire. The conductive component includes a main body in the form of a plate body and a restriction body connected on the main body. The restriction body has a base section, a bow section connected with the base section and a free section connected with the bow section, which together provide elastic effect for the restriction body. When the conductive wire is plugged in to contact the conductive component, the restriction body guides the conductive wire and the rear end of the conductive wire is securely pressed and restricted between the main body and the restriction body.

摘要： Provide is a shield connector capable of easily suppressing contact failure between terminal metal fittings due to vibration, and a connector connection structure including the shield connector. In a large-diameter part in the natural state, a direction dimension passing through a tip of a protrusion is larger than a fastening direction dimension from an abutting part to a first clamping part in the shield case, a fastening member inserted into a fixed part is fastened, and the inner housing is thus hard to vibrate in the shield case. Therefore it is possible to suppress poor contact between a terminal fitting held by the inner housing and a mating terminal fitting. At this time, it is unnecessary to add a new process in order to suppress vibration of the inner housing, easily suppressing a contact failure between the terminal fittings.

摘要： An electrical connector assembly includes male and female connector bodies formed with a plurality of terminal cavities in which electrical cables are disposed with the terminals secured against removal from the cavities by flexible lances engaging walls within the terminal cavities. A seal on the cables closes and seals the cavities in which they are installed. At least one of the cavities is unoccupied by a cable and is closed by a non-electrically conductive locking cavity plug. The locking cavity plug has a flexible lance that engages a wall within the unoccupied cavity in which it is installed to secure the plug against removal and carries a seal which engages and seals the unoccupied cavity.

Vibration damping rings (64) are fit externally on the wires (71) in a state out of contact with the inner housing (11), and are held resiliently in contact with the outer housing (37).

摘要： It is aimed to provide a method and a joint connector for shorting a plurality of wires to each other, the method and the joint connector being capable of flexibly coping with the number of the wires. A joint connector includes a plurality of wire-side terminals (20) to be mounted on a plurality of wires (10), a plurality of insulating housings (30) and a shorting member (40). Each wire-side terminal (20) is inserted into a terminal accommodating chamber of the corresponding insulating housing (30). The plurality of insulating housings (30) are united with each other while being arranged in a specific arrangement direction. The shorting member (40) is inserted into each of the united insulating housings (30) and fit to each wire-side terminal (20), whereby the wire-side terminals (20) are electrically connected to each other via the shorting member (40).

摘要： An electrical connector includes an insulating body having multiple receiving holes, and multiple conductive terminals respectively received in the receiving holes. Each conductive terminal has first and second elastic arms, and third and fourth elastic arms. When a chip module downwardly presses the conductive terminals, the first elastic arm are conducted upwardly with the chip module, and the third elastic arm are conducted downwardly with a circuit board. At the same time, the first elastic arm elastically deform to urge against the second elastic arm, and the third elastic arm elastically deform to urge against the fourth elastic arm, thereby forming two conductive paths to reduce terminal impedance, and improving signal transmission performance. Further, the second elastic arm provide elastic force for the first elastic arm and the fourth elastic arm provide elastic force for the third elastic arm.

摘要： A contact element for insertion in an insertion direction into a contact chamber of a plug-in connector. The contact element includes a housing extending in the insertion direction. The contact element furthermore includes a latching element connected to the housing, for latching into the contact chamber of the plug-in connector. The latching element has a cantilevered end region, the cantilevered end region having a first portion and a second portion connected to the first portion. The first portion extends oppositely to the insertion direction, or the first portion points obliquely outward from the housing oppositely to the insertion direction. The second portion is bent over inward with respect to the first portion. At least one support element is provided between the first portion and the second portion, which element braces the second portion against the second portion upon said application of force onto the latching element.
