摘要： A vehicle charging system includes a charging station comprising a controller configured to selectively supply power from a vehicle to a home. The controller enables charging in response to a predetermined minimum voltage and a predetermined minimum current on an electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) side of the charging station. A mobile battery station is configured to supply power from a plurality of batteries to the EVSE side of the charging station at a first voltage greater than or equal to the predetermined minimum voltage and a first current greater than the predetermined minimum current.

摘要： Provided is a synthetic test circuit for synthetic-testing a thyristor valve in high voltage direct current (HVDC). A resonant circuit applies forward DC current, a reverse DC voltage, and a forward DC voltage to synthetic-test the thyristor valve. A current generation unit generates DC current that is above a reference current value to supply the generated DC current into the resonant circuit. A voltage generates unit generating a DC voltage that is above a reference voltage value to supply the generated DC voltage into the resonant circuit. The resonant circuit includes a charging auxiliary valve for charging a gate driver of the thyristor valve.

摘要： Systems and methods for controlling potentially damaging inrushes of current to the capacitor bank of an electric drive system when the voltage on the capacitor bank is low. In one embodiment, a variable speed drive has a converter that converts AC power to DC power, a capacitor bank that receives the DC power, and an inverter that converts the DC power stored by the capacitor bank to AC output power. The converter has three sections that rectify the phases of three-phase input power. Each section has at least one controlled rectifier component, and the rectifier components have switches connected to them in parallel. When the voltage on the capacitor bank is low, the controlled rectifiers and switches are controlled to prevent dangerously high inrushes of current to the capacitor bank.

摘要： A wireless power receiver includes a power receiving circuit wirelessly receiving power transmitted from a wireless power transmitter so as to generate an induced current, and a rectifying-and-modulating circuit including first to eighth switches and a control unit. The control unit is operable to control operation of each of the first to eighth switches between conduction and non-conduction. Accordingly, the first to fourth switches cooperatively constitute a full-bridge rectifier for rectifying the induced current generated by the power receiving circuit, and each of the fifth to eighth switches is operable to switch synchronously with a respective one of the first to fourth switches or to became non-conducting, thereby changing an amplitude of the induced current.
