摘要： The invention relates to a device for portioning a dough mass, comprising a receiving chamber for holding said dough mass comprising a discharge opening, a pair of opposing rotary cutters provided at the discharge opening and arranged for rotation in mutually opposite directions, wherein each cutter comprises at least one blade rotatable around a rotary axis, which blade cooperates with the blade of the other cutter for cutting the dough mass into separate portions, and a release agent delivery system for applying a release agent onto the blades of the rotary cutters, wherein the release agent delivery system is configured for applying the release agent on opposing sides of each of the blades. The invention further relates to a release agent delivery system for use in such a device and a method for portioning a dough mass using such a device.

A ring seal is disposed between the stationary-sleeve first-end annular stepped seating surface and the radially outwardly-protruding annular nozzle ring. A nozzle cap is fixedly attached to the stationary-sleeve first end. The nozzle is rotatably disposed in the nozzle cap. The nozzle second end extends beyond the nozzle cap. An annular stepped axial thrust bearing surface in the nozzle cap prevents relative axial movement of the nozzle while allowing rotation of the nozzle.

The reciprocative vibration of the pair of vibration applying members is vibration in a direction of approaching and separating from each other.

摘要： A device for preparing extrudable food products includes a working chamber configured to house ingredients in operation of the device, an extrusion die, a rotation shaft configured to stir the ingredients and extrude the food products through the extrusion die, and a driving system by which the rotation shaft is driven. The driving system is configured to separate the extrusion by at least one time period during which the rotation shaft rotates in a first direction which is opposite to a second direction in which the rotation shaft rotates to extrude the food products. Therefore, build-ups inside the working chamber can be removed by the sticky dough hit and/or lifted by the stirring bars on the rotation shaft when the rotation shaft rotates reversely.

摘要： The disclosure provides a particle separator for removing aerosolized particles from exhaust emissions from a preconditioner or other apparatus. The separator comprises an enclosure with at least two baffles linearly spaced from one another therein. At least two baffles prevent the exhaust from linearly flowing directly from an inlet through the separator to an outlet. Each baffle is positioned at an angle relative to the linear flow of exhaust into the separator and a distance from an inner surface of the separator. This places a leading edge within the exhaust flow to redirect a portion of the flow, thereby promoting impact of particles on a portion of the inner surface of the separator, while also providing a surface that collects particles in the flow that impact the baffle surface. The separator and baffle surfaces can be cleaned through an access. The separator can be box- or tube-shaped or other configuration.
