摘要： A dental prosthesis attachment system is for an endosseous dental implant. The dental prosthesis attachment system includes: a removable dental prosthesis; a dental prosthesis portion secured to the removable dental prosthesis; and a dental implant portion securable to the dental implant and removably engageable with the dental prosthesis portion. The dental prosthesis portion includes an open-ended dental prosthesis sleeve having an outer surface and an inner cavity. The outer surface is secured to the dental prosthesis and the inner cavity is lined with a retention material defining an inner peripheral wall having at least one of a protrusion and a recess. The dental implant portion includes an attachment pillar removably insertable within the inner cavity of the dental prosthesis portion. The attachment pillar has a peripheral wall provided with at least one of a protrusion and a recess removably interlocked with the at least one of the recess and the protrusion on the inner peripheral wall of the inner cavity.

摘要： A dental prosthetic arrangement and a dental prosthetic system include a combination of a lower part assigned to a jaw implant and an upper part assigned to a prosthesis body in a connection section, wherein in particular two bearing faces are produced in the connection section when in the connected state, the bearing faces being cylindrical, preferably circular-cylindrical in relation to a center axis and being spaced apart from each other in the axial direction. The axial extent of the cylindrical bearing faces is advantageously small compared to the axial extent of the connection section. The two cylindrical bearing faces are preferably situated in axially opposite end regions of the connection section and are connected to each other by approximately conical wall faces of a cut-out in the upper part and a projection of the lower part that projects into the latter.

摘要： A method is designed to mount a removable restoration tooth on a natural tooth to be restored. The method involves the use of the standardized plastic inner crowns corresponding to the permanent teeth of a human, the standardized metal outer crowns corresponding to the plastic inner crowns, and the standardized abutment conformation devices corresponding to the plastic inner crowns. One of the devices is used as a reference in forming an abutment on the natural tooth. An abutment matrix is made to facilitate the dressing of the plastic inner crown, so as to make a metal inner crown according to the dressed plastic inner crown. The metal inner crown is mounted on the abutment. A metal outer crown corresponding to the plastic inner crown is fitted with the restoration tooth, which is mounted on the natural tooth such that the metal outer crown is fitted over the metal inner crown.

摘要： A method is provided for producing a dental prosthesis from a blank using a CAD/CAM device, wherein the blank consists partially of base material and partially of tooth material, and a boundary surface between these materials is formed as a wave, the wave crests and wave valleys of which alternate with each other along the outer periphery of the blank. The apex of each wave crest extends substantially radially with respect to the blank. The CAD/CAM device fixes the position of a retention part, which serves to fasten the prosthesis to the alveolar crest of a patient, in particular of an external telescope, of a cover of a bar, or of an abutment in the prosthesis in such a way that it passes through the boundary surface. The retention part is fastened by means of gluing or incorporation by polymerisation.
