摘要： A self-propelled toy, includes a “drive and control” module and a housing in the shape of a dinosaur, animal or human sliding sports player. An axle with wheels is attached to the drive and control module in the housing. A pull-back mechanism includes a motor drive/driven gear that drivingly connects to the axle drive/driven gear, wherein upon pulling back the toy body with the wheels touching the ground, the pull-back mechanism generates and stores mechanical potential energy. Upon release of the toy body, kinetic energy drives the toy in a direction opposite that of the pull-back direction. A controller is connected to the pull-back mechanism and is electrically connected to at least one light emitting diode (LED) in the toy body. When the toy is released to allow the toy to move forward, the LED is powered to generate a light signal and optionally a sound transducer generates a sound.

摘要： The present invention is a toy projectile and launcher system. The lightweight projectile has an exterior surface symmetrically disposed about an imaginary longitudinal axis. The launcher has planar leaves or holding pins, for receiving and holding the projectile. Within the launcher is a spring-loaded element that moves between cocked and released positions. The spring-loaded element contacts a first planar leaf or a first holding pin as the spring-loaded element moves from cocked to released position. Contact with the spring-loaded element causes the leaves or pins to pinch the projectile and launch the projectile into flight in a direction perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. In an alternate embodiment, rotational and linear velocities are imparted to a projectile by action of a ribbon held against the projectile's exterior surface by parallel members. Contact with the spring-loaded element causes the ribbon to translate along the length of said parallel members and into flight.

The sensor is adapted to obtain a vehicle speed measurement. The microcontroller is electrically coupled to the receiver and the sensor. The microcontroller may be adapted to control a timing and execution of a forward/reverse shift on the transmission based on at least the vehicle speed measurement, the throttle signal, and the shift signal, for example.

摘要： An animation device is provided for generating movements of limbs and extremities of an animated figure. The device includes a single motor coupled to a gear box assembly. A first drive axle, rotatable about a first axis, is coupled to the gear box assembly. A second drive axle, rotatable about a second axis and oriented substantially perpendicular to the first drive axle, is also coupled to the gear box assembly. A gear train assembly is coupled to a lower end of the second drive axle and an output drive shaft is coupled to the gear drain assembly. The output drive shaft is rotatable about a third axis oriented parallel to and offset from the second axis. A left cam is coupled to a left end of the first drive axle and a right cam is coupled to a right end of the first drive axle, both of which are configured for radial movement about the first drive axle when the motor is activated. A middle cam is coupled to a middle section of the second drive axle, and is configured for radial movement about the second drive axle when the motor is activated. And, a lower cam is coupled to the output drive shaft, and is configured for radial movement about the output drive shaft when the motor is activated.
