摘要： A gearbox assembly for a twin-screw extruder comprises a speed change gearbox for adjusting a screw shaft speed of two screw shafts of the twin-screw extruder, a distribution gearbox allowing the screw shafts to be coupled thereto, and a speed reduction gearbox. The speed change gearbox and the speed reduction gearbox are configured such as to be separable from each other, wherein the speed change gearbox is arranged at a driving end while the speed reduction gearbox couples the speed change gearbox to the distribution gearbox. Due to the fact that the speed change gearbox is configured as an individual gearbox unit arranged at the driving end, an adjustment of the screw shaft speed is easily possible by replacing the speed change gearbox. As a result, a high flexibility and productivity are obtained in the operation of the twin-screw extruder.

摘要： The present invention relates to a continuous manufacturing process for a rubber masterbatch and a rubber masterbatch prepared therefrom. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: step 1): a filler is added to a rubber solution, forming a rubber/filler/solvent mixture by stirring; and step 2): the solvent is removed and the mixture is dried, resulting in a rubber/filler masterbatch. The present invention also relates to a masterbatch prepared by the above-mentioned process and a rubber article prepared using the masterbatch. Compared to the wet mixing technologies in the prior art, the present invention has no specific requirements of rubber and filler, with a wider scope of usage. In addition, the filler has a high dispersion in rubber compounds, the production process thereof is continuous, highly efficient, low in energy consumption and labour, and thus low in cost.

摘要： A mixing device includes a first feed opening for a first liquid—preferably gas-laden—plastics component, a second feed opening for a second liquid plastics component, and a discharge opening for discharging a mixture of the first and the second liquid plastics component. The mixing device has a rotating agitator for mixing the first and second liquid plastics components, and a gap remains between the agitator and the discharge opening. An adjustment device is provided which either varies the gap by way of a relative movement between discharge opening and agitator or varies the size of the discharge opening. A regulating device is connected in signal-transmitting fashion to a sensor for determining a pressure prevailing in the mixing device. The regulating device sets the gap, or the size of the discharge opening, by the adjustment device such that the pressure prevailing in the mixing device has a predetermined value.
