摘要： A mixing and extrusion machine (10) for the manufacture of rubber mixtures includes a mixer with a converging conical twin-screw (12) with a fixed frame (14) that supports sleeves (16). Two screws (18), being mounted at an angle, are mounted in the mixer (12) in such a way as to move in translational movement between an opening (22) arranged upstream and an outlet (25) arranged downstream of the sleeves. The screws are mounted in the sleeves with removable doors including sliding shutters (40) installed relative to the outlet (25). The sliding shutters move linearly between a closed position, in which the sliding shutters prevent the mixer from discharging the mixture, and an open position, in which the sliding shutters prevent discharge of the mixture through the sides of two counter-rotating rollers (32) of a roller nose type system located just downstream of the outlet.

摘要： Provided is an injection molding method for resin that contains reinforcing fiber, the method being capable of easily eliminating uneven distribution of added components. The injection molding method is provided with: a plasticizing step for supplying resin pellets P and added components to a cylinder equipped with a screw 10, which has a rotating axis as the center is capable of rotating normally and in reverse, and generating molten resin by rotating the screw 10 in the normal direction; and an injecting step for injecting the molten resin M comprising the added components into a cavity. In the plasticizing step, a reverse rotation operation for reversing the rotation of the screw 10 is performed or a screw-stopping operation of stopping the normal rotation of the screw 10 is performed with a prescribed timing and for a prescribed period.

In one embodiment, the substantially dry mixture exiting the extruder may be further processed to form an electrode material, such as by a calendaring step.

摘要： Disclosed is a molding material for extrusion foam molding from which woody molded foam of high quality can be obtained. From the molding material, woody molded foam of high quality with no defects is efficiently produced. Constituent materials comprising woodmeal and a thermoplastic resin as major components and containing 1-5 wt % alkane having a molecular weight of 300-1,000 g/mol are melt-kneaded until the components come into an evenly dispersed state, and the resultant mixture is molded into pellets having a given diameter to obtain a molding material. Subsequently, this molding material is extrusion-molded into a given shape together with a blowing agent by means of an extrusion molding device, thereby obtaining woody molded foam. The extrusion molding is preferably conducted in a manner such that the extrudate (25a) extruded from the extruder (12) is introduced into the molding chamber (31) of a molding die (30) while keeping the extrudate in the pressurized state and the extrudate (25a) is released from the pressure upon introduction into the molding chamber (31) of the molding die (30) to foam the extrudate (25a).

摘要： The invention intends to provide a technique for making a dispersion phase of a biomass origin component of a polymer composite material, wherein the dispersion phase is formed in a parent phase of a synthetic polymer, highly minutely and evenly. An apparatus (10) for manufacturing a polymer composite material is characterized by comprising: a cylinder (13) in which a feeding section (A) for feeding a principal component of the synthetic polymer and an excess hydrous substance of the biomass origin component is provided in the upstream side while a extracting means (17) is provided in the downstream side; a screw (15) which axially rotates within the cylinder (13), which has been set to a kneading temperature (Tz) at which the synthetic polymer melts, and extrudes the kneading substance comprising the main component and the excess hydrous substance toward the extracting means (17); and a dehydration means (40) by which water contained in the kneading substance is removed under setting pressures (Pa, Pb, PC) being lower than the saturated vapor pressure (Pz) at the kneading temperature (Tz) employed in the cylinder (13) but higher than atmospheric pressure.

摘要： An apparatus for the laboratory testing of plastic compositions as to their extrudability comprises a housing with two mutually parallel, intersecting cylindrical bores occupied by two counterrotating plasticizing screws each having two sections with threads of mutually opposite pitch separated by a gap. The gaps of the two screws are relatively offset to define a recirculation zone in which a plastic mass to be tested, fed in axially by intermeshing thread sections of these screws, is transported in one axial direction by an extension of a thread section of one screw and in the opposite axial direction by an overlapping extension of a thread section of the other screw. In the recirculation zone, in which the turns of the overlapping thread-section extensions have the same pitch, clashing is avoided by reducing the sum of the radii of these turns to less than the spacing of their axes or providing the turns with discontinuities enabling them to pass by one another. The instrument continuously records pressure and temperature at the gaps as well as the torque applied to the screws by their drive.
