摘要： The present invention relates to a phosphazene compound and a prepreg and a composite metal laminate. The phosphazene compound has a structure as shown in Formula (I). The present invention obtains a phosphazene compound using an M group having specific components. The composite metal laminates prepared by the epoxy resin composition comprising the phosphazene compound have low dielectric properties, good heat resistance and mechanical properties and is a low dielectric material also having great economic properties and being environmental friendly.

摘要： An improved phenoxyphosphazene compound is produced by treating a phenoxyphosphazene compound with (a) at least one adsorbent selected from activated carbon, silica gel, activated alumina, activated clay, synthetic zeolite and macromolecular adsorbents, (b) at least one reagent selected from metal hydrides, hydrazine, hypochlorites, thiosulfates, dialkyl sulfuric acids, ortho esters, diazoalkanes, lactones, alkanesultones, epoxy compounds and hydrogen peroxide, or (c) both the adsorbent and reagent, thereby reducing the acid value of said phosphazene compound to lower than 0.025 mgKOH/g.

The phosphazene compound with a partial structure of carboxylic esters has a structure as shown in Formula (I). 摘要： The present invention relates to a phosphazene compound comprising cyano group having a molecular structure of Formula (I); wherein, Y and Y′ are independently selected from organic groups; M1 and M2 are independently selected from phosphazene groups, and M1 contains m1 phosphorus atoms, and M2 contains m2 phosphorus atoms; X1, X1′, X2, X3 and X4 are independently selected from any one of the sixth main-group elements; R and R′ are independently selected from divalent organic groups; a is an integer greater than or equal to 0; b is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and c is an integer greater than or equal to 0; and a+b=2m1, d+2=2m2. The present invention achieves a synergistic effect with P and N of phosphazene group by introducing cyano group to the phosphazene group, and thus improves thermal stability and flame retardancy of the phosphazene compound, and the compatibility thereof with other components is excellent. The resin composition comprising the phosphazene compound of the present invention has good heat resistance, water resistance, adhesive properties and mechanical properties, and thus the application thereof is widened.

摘要： The invention provides a halogen-free and thermal resistant composition, including a mixture of bismaleimide and maleimide with molar ratio of 99:1-50:50; a barbituric acid, wherein the molar ratio of the mixture and the barbituric acid is 93:7-80:20; and an epoxy resin, wherein (the mixture with the barbituric acid) and the epoxy resin have a weight ratio of 5:95 to 50:50. The mixture undergoes reaction at 110-130° C. for about 2˜7 hours to form a maleimide modified epoxy resin. The procedure of forming the composition is solvent-free, thereby providing improved integrity for electronic packaging, lower curing temperature, and a simplified process.

摘要： New phosphazene derivatives, fully substituted by aromatic groups and perfluoropolyethereal chains, are utilized as stabilizers for oils and greases based on perfluoropoyethers. Such derivatives inhibit the degradation process affecting the perfluoropolyethereal chains when these are subjected to high temperatures in an oxidizing atmosphere and in the presence of metals, such as for example aluminium, titanium, vanadium and their alloys, or steels.
