摘要： A method for producing ultrahigh-viscosity refined cotton, including: material selection and cotton opening, impregnation, pretreatment, digestion, bleaching, and pressing and drying. A device for transporting a refined cotton pulp including: a blower, a material bin, valve plates, a central axis, a motor, and a transporting pipe. The material bin includes a mouth-like upper part and a lower part including a first material outlet. A first material outlet is disposed at the lower part of the material bin and communicates with the transporting pipe. One end of the transporting pipe communicates with the blower, and the other end of the transporting pipe functions as a second material outlet. The valve plates are disposed in the material bin via the central axis. The motor is in transmission connection to the central axis.

摘要： A method of bleaching a pulp at low consistency employs chlorine dioxide and/or chlorine, to partially bleach the pulp. The aqueous partially bleached pulp flows along a sinuous flow path providing a high ratio of flow path of aqueous pulp to length of effective travel of the aqueous pulp. Ozone is introduced to the aqueous pulp at spaced apart locations in the flow path so that a low partial pressure of ozone is established in the flow path which favors chemical oxidation of the lignin and low chemical attack on cellulose. In this way effective bleaching is achieved with reduced use of chlorine or chlorine dioxide and reduced production of chlorinated compounds.

摘要： A bleach system for blending gaseous chlorine with a paper pulp slurry flow stream by mixing the chlorine with a larger quantity of steam prior to blending the chlorine/steam gas mixture with bleach washer filtrate which serves as carrier water for a multiplied number of gas bubbles entrained in the filtrate. As the cooler filtrate water extracts heat from the mixed gas bubble, the steam constituent condenses to collapse each bubble to a fraction of the original volume thereby providing a larger number of smaller chlorine bubbles than otherwise available from conventional phase mixing injectors.The mixed phase flow stream of chlorine and filtrate is thereafter blended with the pulp slurry flow stream by shear induced turbulence resulting from a greater injection velocity of the mixed phase stream into the center of the slower moving slurry stream.
