摘要： There is provided a method of prestressing a beam-column joint with an appropriate ratio among the magnitudes of compression in the directions of X, Y, and Z axes. The method introduces prestress in a beam-column joint with a tensile introducing force generated by tensionally anchoring prestressing tendons that are arranged in PC beams extending along two horizontal directions (or X axis and Y axis) and PC columns extending along the vertical direction (or Z axis) and passed through the beam-column joint to bring the beam-column joint in triaxial compression, the prestress being introduced such that a diagonal tensile force T generated by an input shear force due to a seismic load of an extremely great earthquake that may occur very rarely will be cancelled completely or partially so as not to allow diagonal cracks to occur. The ratio of the prestresses introduced in the directions of the respective axes satisfies the following equation (1): σx:σy:σz=1:1:0.3−0.9 (1) where σx, σy, and σz are prestresses introduced in the directions of the X axis, the Y axis, and the Z axis respectively.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a pre-stressed beam or panel and the resulting beam or panel are described. The method includes providing a timber-based component (1); providing a pre-stressing member (9) arranged along the timber-based component; applying a tensile force to the pre-stressing member (9); providing concrete anchors (11a, 11b) at locations that are spaced apart along the timber-based component (1); coupling the pre-stressing member (9) to the concrete anchors (11a, 11b); and releasing the tensile force on the pre-stressing member (9) to transfer a compressive force to the timber-based component (1) through the concrete anchors (11a, 11b) to form a pre-stressed beam or panel.

摘要： The indirectly prestressed concrete roof-ceiling construction is prefabricated element for constructing industrial large-span buildings. The construction comprises distinctly wide and thin concrete soffit plate (1) and the upper concrete girder (2), of the inverse “V”-shaped cross section, interconnected by slender steel pipe-rods (3) that are used to stabilize the upper girder (2) against lateral buckling and to prevent parts (1) and (2) to get closer or apart each to another. Prestressing of the soffit plate (1) causes compression in the upper girder (2) which passively (indirectly) pushes the ends of the construction, acting on some eccentricity over the center of gravity of the cross section, causing rotation of its ends bending in that way the soffit plate upwards. There are two efficient methods of prestressing these constructions.

The different tubes with their strands are positioned without special precautions in a sheath (5) buried in the work then a sufficiently unctuous and fine cement grout (6) is injected into this sheath for filling the spaces in the sheath between the tubes and strands are tensioned individually after solidification of the injected cement grout, by means of relatively light automatically operated actuating cylinders.
