摘要： A motor includes a shaft rotatable about an axis, an engaged component engaged by the shaft, a sleeve fixed to the shaft to rotate therewith, and a seal at least partly circumscribing the shaft. The shaft includes an engagement region presenting a substantially variable outer shaft surface that at least in part engages the engaged component. The sleeve includes a first section that at least partly circumscribes and engages the engagement region of the shaft. The first section of the sleeve presents an outer seal-engaging surface and an outer bearing-engaging surface. The seal and the bearing each at least partly circumscribe the engagement region of the shaft and the first section of the sleeve to engage the seal-engaging surface and the bearing-engaging surfaces, respectively, of the sleeve.

摘要： In order to prevent deterioration in performance of an oil-free screw compressor and scuffing caused by rust, surfaces of both male and female rotors are coated with heat-resistance coatings containing a solid lubricant. A coating contains Polyimide resin to which Molybdenum disulfide, as a solid lubricant, and Aluminium oxide and Titanium oxide, as additives, are added. Accordingly, it is possible to realize a coating that is higher in heat resistance and longer in lifetime than a conventional one.

摘要： A screw is adapted to cooperate with a casing and at least one pinion-wheel for compressing or expanding a fluid within the space located between two screw threads, the casing and a tooth of the pinion-wheel. The casing and the crests of the threads carry two cooperating surfaces, and at least part of one of the surfaces comprises lands defining continuity of the surface but being discontinued along any circle centered on the axis of the screw. The lands separate cells which trap formative seizure particles and, thus, reduce the clearance needed between the screw and the casing.

摘要： The invention relates to a geared engine which operates for liquid as well as for gas. If the arrangement is driven by another engine it operates as a gear pump or compressor. The geared engine consists of a central toothed wheel and of toothed wheels engaged with and offset around it, which toothed wheels are encircled by a toothed ring and meshed with it. The medium flowing through the meshings of the toothed wheels and the central wheel and through the meshings of the wheels and the ring rotates them. The toothed ring takes over the radial forces arising in the wheel, thus unloading the bearings of the wheels'' axes. Depending on the construction of the engine the ring transfers the torque to the central wheel and further to the output shaft or to the casting, which can simultaneously be a winch barrel.

摘要： The variable displacement gear pump for a loading system in an industrial vehicle has main and sub gear pump portions, suction, discharge and bypass passages, and check and opening valves. The main gear pump portion has main drive and driven gears, and has suction and discharge side spaces. The sub gear pump portion has sub drive and driven gears, and has suction and discharge side spaces. The bypass passage returns hydraulic fluid in the discharge-side space of the sub gear pump portion to the suction passage. The check valve prevents hydraulic fluid in the discharge-side space of the main gear pump portion from flowing to that of the sub gear pump portion. The opening valve is used for opening and closing the bypass passage, and closes the bypass passage due to a pressure in a discharge conduit of the loading system increased by the load applied to the loading system.
