摘要： A screw spindle pump for delivering a cooling liquid for cooling a battery and/or power electronics or a cleaning or supply liquid of a motor vehicle, including a housing in which a working spindle, which is coupled to a drive assembly, and at least one running spindle, which meshes with the latter, are accommodated, and including a feather key-like support element, which is fixed by the housing and against which the working spindle and the running spindle are axially supported. In the housing, there is provided at least one aperture through which it is possible to insert the support element, which, in the assembled position, is received with one end in the aperture and with the other end in a receiving part situated diametrically opposite the aperture, wherein the support element is secured via at least one securing element which closes the aperture at the outside.

摘要： The invention relates to a bi-helical toothed wheel (1) with non-encapsulating profile for a hydraulic gear apparatus, of the type bound to a support shaft (5) to form a driving or driven wheel of the hydraulic apparatus and comprising a plurality of teeth (6) extended with variable helix angle with continuous function in the longitudinal direction, wherein the teeth profile keeps a shape continuity in each cross section thereof. More particularly, each tooth of the toothed wheel is longitudinally split in three zones: initial (A), central (B) and terminal (C) zones, and the central zone (B) has a variable helix angle, while the initial (A) and terminal (c) zones have a constant helix angle. The invention allows to manufacture contra-rotating rotors, having a non-encapsulating profile and a helix shape such as to suppress the angular point at the center of the rotors themselves and therefore all the problems related to their machining.

摘要： A reduced noise screw expander is described, which comprises a main rotor and a gate rotor each having an ‘N’ profile. The rotors are designed so that the torque on the gate rotor caused by pressure forces is in the same direction as the torque on the gate rotor caused by frictional drag forces. A method of designing a screw machine exhibiting reduced noise is also described. The screw machine has two or more rotors having an ‘N’ profile, and the method involves determining a ratio r/r1, where r is the main rotor addendum and r1 is the radius of the rack round side, and ensuring that this ratio is greater than 1.1 where the screw machine is to be a screw compressor or less than or equal to 1.1 where the screw machine is to be a screw expander.

摘要： A method for pressurizing a roll pocket of a displacement assembly of a fluid device includes providing a fluid device having a displacement assembly. The displacement assembly includes a ring defining a central bore and roll pockets disposed about the central bore. Rolls are disposed in the roll pockets. A rotor is disposed in the central bore. The ring, the rolls and the rotor define a plurality of expanding and contracting volume chambers. Fluid is communicated from a first port of the fluid device and a second port of the fluid device to each of the roll pockets so that when the volume chamber immediately before one of the roll pockets and the volume chamber immediately after that roll pocket are both in fluid communication with one of the first and second ports, that roll pocket is in fluid communication with the other of the first and second ports.

A portion of the inner circumferential wall surface of the cylinder of the housing has a notch part that is used for sealing and makes surface contact with a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the rotor.

摘要： Provided herein are multiple variations, applications, and variations for producing electrical power from a flowing fluid such as a gas or liquid under pressure, for example natural gas flowing through a pipeline, by means of one or more positive displacement devices that drive one or more electrical generators. The electrical generators may be immersed in the flow stream together with the positive displacement devices as disclosed, or alternately may be isolated from the flow stream, such as by magnetic coupling, in order to promote longevity and to decrease the risk of accidental discharge or explosion of the fluid in the flow stream. To further decrease such risks, the positive displacement devices may isolate the drive fluid from the environment without the use of dynamic seals.
