摘要： A freeze-dried product continuously manufactured by being dried while smoothly moving in a state of receiving a mechanical force in a freeze-drying apparatus 1. The freeze-drying apparatus 1 includes a freezing unit 2 for producing a frozen substance by spraying a raw material solution; and a drying unit 3 for drying the frozen substance. The drying unit 3 has a tubular shape and includes a tubular member 31 kept in a vacuum state, and a spiral wall or groove portion is formed on an inner wall of the tubular member 31 continuously in a longitudinal direction of the tubular member 31. A heat is transferred to the inner wall of the tubular member 31 and the spiral wall or groove portion. The tubular member 31 is configured to be rotated to transfer the freeze-dried product in the longitudinal direction of the tubular member 31 and sublimate or dry the freeze-dried product. A flow-start angle is less than 44 degrees or a repose angle is less than 55 degrees and larger than the flow-start angle, and a residual amount is 3 g or less with respect to 10 g of the raw material solution fed into freeze-drying apparatus when a length of the tubular member 31 is 30 cm in the longitudinal direction.

摘要： A process and apparatus for removing moisture from sludge. The process and apparatus comprise: conveying on a conveyor the sludge on an incline through a housing such that, as the sludge is conveyed, it is deposited onto an exposed portion of the housing; heating the sludge with a heater as it is conveyed on the incline to evaporate moisture in the sludge, whereby the sludge that it is deposited onto the exposed portion of the housing is also heated to thereby evaporate moisture from the sludge; extracting from the housing using a vacuum device an airflow comprising the evaporated moisture, whereby the airflow includes moisture that has been evaporated as a result of the sludge being deposited onto the exposed heated portion of the housing; and discharging from the housing, separately to the extracting of the airflow from the housing, the sludge from which the moisture has been removed.

An organic sludge treatment device includes: a fractionation device 7 that fractionates a preheated raw material R2 from a preheater cyclone 4C excluding a bottommost cyclone of a cement burning device 1; a mixing device 8 that mixes an organic sludge S with the fractionated preheated raw material, and that dries the organic sludge using sensible heat of the preheated raw material; and a supply device (mixture chute 12, double-flap damper 13, shut damper 14) that supplies a mixture M from the mixing device to a calciner furnace 5 of the cement burning device or to a duct disposed between a kiln inlet portion of a cement kiln 2 and the calciner furnace. The treatment device may be provided with an introduction device for introducing an exhaust gas G2 including dust, odor and water vapor from the mixing device to a gas outlet of a bottommost cyclone 4A of the cement burning device.

摘要： An initial processing of natural raw rubber through an initial processing machine, comprising the steps of: (a) providing a coagulated latex which contains water and volatile compositions; (b) dewatering the coagulated latex through a screw-pressing process to remove free water; (c) forming a first pretreated latex material; (d) aging the first pretreated latex material through an aging process to remove water and volatile compositions; and (e) forming a final product of aged latex material. The screw-pressing process makes use of the temperature and pressure increase along the elongated channel structure. The aging process makes use of the further temperature and pressure increase of the rubber materials, together with the screwing effect of the screw-shaft component, the squeezing effect of the nozzle and additional heating at a particular location, which is around the mouthpiece of the nozzle to complete the aging process, which is energy saving, effective and efficient.

Sorted and meshed wet recycled abrasive is kept in a hopper for wet recycled abrasive, it is continuously delivered using a screw feeder into a drying chamber on a vibration mesh. Air is blown in the chamber, using an air flow generator, under a vibration mesh. The recycled abrasive is moved and lifted on the mesh using air flow and mesh vibration, this provides for clots of recycled abrasive to break down to particles of recycled abrasive and abrasive mixes and dries.

The disks are heated or cooled from the inside, and a raw material is heated or cooled by bringing it into contact with the disk surfaces. Scraper members 45, 45′ and 55, 55′ that enter between the surfaces of the facing adjacent disks to scrape the raw material are fixed to each of the disks 40, 50. The first and second rotary shafts 3, 4 are rotated at unequal speeds such that the scraper members approach the facing disk surfaces with trajectories drawn thereon varying, so that the raw material that has adhered to the disk surfaces can be effectively scraped off.

A sludge stirring assembly is provided in the first drying chamber, which comprises a rotary shaft and a stirring unit fixed on the rotary shaft, and the stirring unit is configured to cut, break and stir the sludge and/or that a front end thereof faces and is close to the lateral aperture, such that the front end scrapes the sludge in or at the communication opening as the stirring unit rotates. The present disclosure further provides a method of drying sludge using a sludge drying device.

摘要： A compression system includes a compression device and a controller. A treated material is pressed longitudinally through a compression chamber by simultaneously applying a lateral pressure and a two-dimensional cross-section compression which includes a pressure applied in a direction traverse to a direction of transport and a pressure applied in a direction parallel to the direction of transport. The controller controls the two-dimensional cross-section compression applied to the treated material such that, during compression, liquids in the treated material migrate to the outer surface of the treated material upon reaching the outlet orifice.
