摘要： Disclosed is a system and method for determining output transmission power for radio signal transmission, from an interception transmitter and from an announcement transmitter, respectively, to at least one announcement receiver, wherein each announcement receiver is in a respective motor vehicle, the method comprising: receiving an input signal to be suppressed; determining a first field strength of the input signal, at a first frequency fI, at a position POSR; determining a first transmission power of a first radio signal, intended to be transmitted by the interception transmitter, needed to suppress the input signal at an interception transmission distance; determining a second field strength of at least one of atmospheric noise and the input signal at a second frequency fA, at the position POSR; and determining a second transmission power of second radio signal comprising an announcement to be transmitted by the announcement transmitter to the at least one announcement receiver.

摘要： A radio tuning method for a vehicle includes sensing that the vehicle is traveling out of a first broadcast range of a first radio station that a radio of the vehicle is currently tuned to. The first radio station broadcasts first content. A second radio station is identified having a second broadcast range that the vehicle will be in when the vehicle is no longer in the first broadcast range. The identifying includes determining that the second radio station broadcasts second content that is substantially similar to the first content broadcasted by the first radio station. A user of the vehicle is provided with an option to switch tuning of the radio from the first radio station to the second radio station.

摘要： In a cable broadcasting system of the invention capable of setting output or stop of broadcasting-signals from tap output terminals of a tap device in response to a command signal transmitted by a center equipment, when demand for output setting for many tap devices occurs, output setting of the corresponding tap devices can be surely carried out without increasing the load on each power supply device for supplying the tap devices in each district with electricity. When demand for setting tap output of plural tap device occurs, a head-end controller reads output setting data for all the tap devices which are the objects of tap output setting and transmits command signals in order to tap devices at a rate of one tap device per each district covered by a power supply device. The interval of transmission of command signals to one district is controlled to be longer than or equal to the time Δtn necessary for the tap device to which a command signal was previously transmitted to finish tap output setting operation.
