摘要： In a non-reciprocal circuit element, a permanent magnet is connected to one main surface of a magnetic plate, and a circuit board is connected to the other main surface of the magnetic plate, with a solder bump lying between the circuit board and the other main surface. The permanent magnet can control the transmission of electrical signal from each of a plurality of signal conductors of circuit board to a corresponding one of a plurality of input/output terminals of the magnetic plate. The non-reciprocal circuit element further includes an underfill material arranged between the magnetic plate and the circuit board. The magnetic plate has a through hole formed therein, the through hole extending from one main surface to the other main surface. The through hole has an empty space in which at least a part of a conductive film arranged in the through hole is exposed.

摘要： An RF quasi circulator circuit is described herein. In accordance with one example of the disclosure the circuit includes a receive port, a transmit port and an antenna port as well as a differential amplifier stage having a first input, a second input and an output that is coupled to the receive port. The circuit further includes a first phase shifting element and a second phase shifting element. The first phase shifting element is coupled between the transmit port and the first input of the differential amplifier and the second phase shifting element is coupled between the transmit port and the second input of the differential amplifier. A tunable impedance is coupled to the differential amplifier, and the antenna port is coupled to the first input of the differential amplifier. The tunable impedance is controlled to tune the damping in a signal path from the transmit port to the receive port.

In some implementations, a ferrite disk assembly can be configured for a radio-frequency (RF) circulator. The disk assembly can include a ferrite-based disk having a ferrite portion and a metalized layer formed on a grounding surface of the disk to improve electrical contact between the grounding surface of the disk with an external grounding surface. The ferrite-based disk can further include a dielectric portion disposed around the periphery of the ferrite center portion. In some embodiments, the metalized layer can be a silver layer formed on the grounding surface of the disk and having a desired thickness.

摘要： A non-reciprocal circuit element includes a ferrite to which a direct current magnetic field is applied by a permanent magnet, and first and second center electrodes arranged on the ferrite so as to intersect with and be insulated from each other. One end of the first center electrode is connected to a first port and the other is connected to a second port. One end of the second center electrode is connected to the second port and the other is connected to a ground port. A first capacitor and a resistor connected in parallel are connected between the first and second ports and a second capacitor is connected between the second and ground ports. An input/output terminal of at least one filter is connected between the first or second port and the resistor and the ground terminal thereof is connected to the second or first port.
