摘要： Systems and methods for managing cardiac arrhythmias are discussed. A data management system receives a first detection algorithm including a detection criterion for detecting a cardiac arrhythmia. An arrhythmia detector detects arrhythmia episodes from a physiologic signal using a second detection algorithm that is different from and has a higher sensitivity for detecting the cardiac arrhythmia than the first detection algorithm. The arrhythmia detector assigns a detection indicator to each of the detected arrhythmia episodes. The detection indicator indicates a likelihood that the detected arrhythmia episode satisfies the detection criterion of the first detection algorithm. The system prioritizes the detected arrhythmia episodes according to the assigned detection indicators, and outputs the arrhythmia episodes to a user or a process according to the episode prioritization.

摘要： An apparatus comprises a magnetic field detection circuit, a cardiac signal sensing circuit, a memory circuit, a control circuit, and an arrhythmia detection circuit. The cardiac signal sensing circuit generates a cardiac signal representative of cardiac activity of a subject when coupled to sensing electrodes. The control circuit is operatively coupled to the magnetic field detection circuit; the cardiac signal sensing circuit, and the memory circuit. The control circuit stores cardiac signal data determined using the sensed cardiac signal, receives an indication of magnetic field detection by the magnetic field detection circuit, stores data obtained using the sensed cardiac signal during the magnetic field detection, and stores an identifier indicating the magnetic field detection in association with the data. The arrhythmia detection circuit processes the cardiac signal data to detect a cardiac arrhythmia event and confirm the cardiac arrhythmia event according to the magnetic field indication.

The method comprises steps of: receiving a glucose monitoring value by the data processing device, the glucose monitoring value indicating a glucose level sampled from a person in a bodily fluid in a glucose level measurement; receiving, by the data processing device, insulin bolus administration data indicating an insulin bolus of an insulin bolus administration; determining, by the data processing device, from an analysis of the glucose monitoring value, a carbohydrate intake event if one of the following is detected: the glucose monitoring value indicates a glucose level below a first threshold glucose level; and the glucose monitoring value indicates an elevated glucose level above a second threshold glucose level, and the insulin bolus indicated by the insulin bolus administration data is exceeding a corrective insulin bolus suitable for compensating for the elevated glucose level; and generating, by the data processing device, carbohydrate intake event data indicating the determined carbohydrate intake event. 摘要： Aspects of the subject matter described in this disclosure can be implemented in a fall detection device and method. One or more motion sensors can access a user's acceleration data. The acceleration data can be segmented using a segmentation algorithm to identify a potential fall event. The segmentation algorithm can determine a cumulative sum of the acceleration data, where the cumulative sum is based on acceleration values being greater than or less than an acceleration threshold value, and a potential fall event can be identified where the cumulative sum is greater than a cumulative sum threshold value. Statistical features can be extracted from the segmented acceleration data and aggregated, and a determination can be made as to whether the potential fall event is a fall event based at least in part on the statistical features.

One or more sensors are used by a toilet user while the toilet user is using the toilet to take health measurement readings of the user. Dynamic heart stress readings may be obtained and monitored over weeks, months and years. Rolling averages of heart function and heart health may be determined and deviations from the rolling averages may trigger notifications. Other health related measurements and functions such as temperature, respirations, heart rate, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, and stethoscope sounds are also recorded and stored for trending and data analysis.

摘要： Various embodiments enable calibrating a non-invasive blood pressure measurement device by determining multiple parameters defining a stress-strain relationship of an artery of a patient. The device may obtain output signals from a blood pressure sensor at two or more measurement elevations. The obtained measurement signals may be filtered into AC and quasi-DC components, and results fit to exponential functions to calculate an arterial time constant and a veinous time constant related to vein draining/filling rates. The arterial and veinous time constants may be used to calculate an infinity ratio. The infinity ratio and the obtained sensor output may be used to calculate values for multiple parameters defining a stress-strain relationship of a measured artery. Once defined, this stress-strain relationship may be stored and applied to future sensor output signals (e.g., blood pressure measuring sessions) to infer patient blood pressure.
