摘要： A method and system for encouraging the selection of healthy products with a vending machine are provided. The method includes providing a vending machine that displays an inventory of products. Each product of the inventory of products includes a dispensing countdown time displayed on the vending machine. The method also includes receiving a first customer selection of a first product from the inventory of products, where the first product has a first dispensing countdown time. Additionally, the method includes actuating a countdown timer to count down to zero seconds from the first dispensing countdown time. The method also includes dispensing the first product once the countdown timer reaches zero seconds. The first product is only dispensed if a customer does not select a second product having a second dispensing countdown time before the first dispensing countdown time counts down to zero seconds.

摘要： A collapsible container dispenser dispenses a collapsible container. In a collapsed state, the collapsible container has a thickness that is much smaller than its length and width. In some embodiments, the collapsible container is an insulated cooler designed for containing ice. The collapsible containers are preferably stacked at an angle in the dispenser prior to being dispensed. In some embodiments, the only moving mechanical part in the dispenser is a push bar, which pushes a collapsible container toward an opening in the dispenser to dispense the collapsible container. In some embodiments, at least one wing maintains the collapsible container to be dispensed on the floor of the holding area as the push bar extends to push the collapsible container through the dispensing opening. In some embodiments, the dispenser also dispenses ice that may be contained in the collapsible container.

A first food portion, such as a meat product, is dispensed from a chain of portions in a sealing film via a first dispensing device, which slices the film and expels the food portion. The second food portions, such as buns, are stored within containers attached to a film so as to form a chain, are dispensed by a second dispensing device, which separates each container from the film for placement onto a platform. The platform conveys the second food portions to a second heating device, and the heated first and second food portions are then combined and dispensed.
