PURPOSE:To prevent a bridge from being severed due to such outside influences as thermal shrinkage, expansion, friction, and impact by supporting an integrated circuit for retardation on a substrate having conductor circuits and by providing between electric poles an energy storing capacitor and an input legline for supplying electric energy in parallel with a film resistor. CONSTITUTION:A film resistor 4 of a resistive material consisting of, for example, such a metal as Cr and Ni-Cr or one of their oxides is used to kindle the ignitor around the resistive material by heating by ohmic application of a current. In an ignition ball type using a film resistor 4 as a heating element, the legline 3 and the front end of the ignition ball fixing part 2 which both are molded in a solid with a stop plug 1 of plastic, which is inserted into a tube of an electric detonator constitute the substrate face of the film resistor 4. The unclad end parts 3a, 3b of the legline 3 on the side of the ignition ball are electric poles, which are bent along the top of the ignition ball fixing part 2 or severed. The electric poles 3a, 3b are joined with the film resistor 4 in chip form. The ignitor in ball form is designated by 5 and a protective film for the ignitor by 6.
