When both of the first and the second bypass circuit on/off-switches 31, 32 are in closed states, the engine starting/stopping switch 23 is supplied with electric power through the bypass circuit 74. Thus, enabling starting/stopping of the engine ENG regardless of the on/off operation of the ignition key switch 17.
