    • PURPOSE: A pneumatic indexing motor is provided to absorb impact, caused by the rotational inertia force of load when the motor stops, with simple configuration and to facilitate the removal of rotational speed. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic indexing motor(100) comprises a body(120), a position cover(126), a head cover(128), a guide shaft(140), a rotary table(160), a piston(180), a direction converting unit, and a deceleration unit. The body comprises a positioning port(124) and an index port(122). The position cover and the head cover respectively cover the top and bottom of the body. The guide shaft is positioned in the center of the body and penetrates from the head cover to the position cover. The rotary table is attached on the top of the guide shaft. The piston moves upward and downward along the guide shaft by selectively injecting air. The direction converting unit rotates the rotary table when the piston descends.

    • The present invention relates to a substrate processing apparatus. The present invention relates to an apparatus to process a glass substrate which grinds the glass substrate. According to the present invention, the substrate processing apparatus comprises a first grinder; a first transportation part transferring the first substrate in a first direction to grind the side of the first substrate by the first grinder while the first substrate is transferred; and a second transportation part transferring a second substrate in the first direction to grind the side of the second substrate by the first grinder while the second substrate is transferred. The second transportation part moves in the second direction opposite to the first direction at the lower part of the first substrate while the first substrate is ground by the first grinder, and the first transportation part moves in the second direction at the lower part of the second substrate while the second substrate is ground by the first grinder.
