摘要： An electromagnetic contactor manufacturing method includes a step of forming an arc extinguishing chamber connection portion by simultaneously brazing a fixed terminal and a pipe penetrating and fixed to a tub-shaped arc extinguishing chamber, and a tube portion of a first connection member in communication with an open end portion of the arc extinguishing chamber; a step of forming a cap connection portion having a flange portion extending outward in a radial direction from an open end of a bottomed tubular cap; and a step of disposing a flange portion of the first connection member and a flange portion of a second connection member in close contact with a base plate in which an aperture hole is formed, and welding each of the flange portions to the base plate so that the arc extinguishing chamber connection portion and the cap connection portion are in communication through the aperture hole.

摘要： An electromagnetic contactor has a base plate having an aperture hole; an arc extinguishing chamber having a fixed terminal and a pipe; and a bottomed tubular cap in which one end thereof is open. An arc extinguishing chamber connection portion is formed by the arc extinguishing chamber and a first connection member having a tube portion connected to the arc extinguishing chamber and a flange portion contacting with the base plate. A cap connection portion is formed by the cap and a second connection member having a tube portion connected to the cap and a flange portion connected to the base plate. The flange portions of the first and second connection members are attached to one surface and the other surface of the base plate accordingly. The arc extinguishing chamber connection portion and the cap connection portion are in communication through the aperture hole of the base plate.

摘要： An encapsulated vacuum interrupter with grounded end cup and drive rod is disclosed. The double break vacuum interrupter includes a first contact system including an annular stationary contact which is engaged by a primary moving contact with the moving contact drive rod extending through the primary moving contact and through the opening of the annular stationary contact. A second contact system includes a secondary moving contact placed on the end of the moving contact rod, which engages and operates a floating contact, which moves along the same axis. A mechanical adjustment system is provided for the floating contact. A coaxial moving contact drive rod system is provided. With the encapsulated vacuum interrupter, the lower portion of the vacuum envelope is insulated from the current path, which allows for the elimination of the long internal cavity in the encapsulation as the lower end cup of the vacuum envelope may be grounded.

In the first end position, the movable conductor part is contained in a recess in an end of one of the conductor parts. The movable conductor part has an engagement surface for allowing a tool to grasp the movable conductor part to move it so as to bridge the gap.

摘要： A cylindrical housing for a high voltage circuit breaker is filled with sulfur hexafluoride and receives three parallel elongated puffer interrupters arranged with their axes on the apices of an equilateral triangle. A single triangular support plate receives one end of each interrupter and supports them in cantilever. The triangular plate is fixed to the housing by thin steel straps affixed to respective apices of the plate. Filter bags in a removable tray are disposed along the horizontal bottom of the housing. Bushings enter the tank through openings in the tank wall. The openings receive slotted flexible tubes which wrap around the slot edges to serve as corona rings. The bushings each have an integral central conductive stud and conductive end plate.
