    • A motor includes a motor unit, a deceleration unit, and a connector unit. The motor unit outputs rotational drive force and includes a yoke housing, a commutator, a power supply brush, a conductive member, and a brush holder. The yoke housing has an open end in an axial direction. The conductive member is electrically connected to the power supply brush. The brush holder is arranged in the open end to hold the commutator, the power supply brush, and the conductive member. The deceleration unit includes a gear housing coupled to the open end. The connector unit is coupled to the gear housing and including a connection terminal electrically connected to the conductive member. The commutator and the power supply brush are arranged outside the yoke housing. The conductive member and the yoke housing are arranged on opposite sides of the commutator.

    • In one implementation, a liquid pump includes a pumping element, an electric motor and a brush housing. The electric motor is coupled to the pumping element to drive the pumping element for rotation, and the motor has a commutator, brushes engaged with the commutator to provide electricity to the commutator and at least one biasing member yieldably biasing the brushes into engagement with the commutator. The brush housing defines brush cavities in which the brushes are received, where the brushes have a first surface engaged with the commutator and a second surface spaced from the first surface and acted upon by said at least one biasing member. The second surface is inclined at an acute included angle relative to the first surface.

    • An electrical connector and method assembling the same. A device may comprise a connector frame, a flexible printed circuit board connected to the connector frame, a filter mounted to the flexible printed circuit board; and at least one terminal mounted to the flexible printed circuit board and in electrical communication with the filter. A method to assemble an electrical connector may comprise: providing a flexible printed circuit board having two conductive pads and a filter in electrical communication with the two conductive pads; connecting each conductive pad to a corresponding terminal; inserting each terminal into corresponding holders in a connector frame; placing the flexible printed circuit board in a curved pathway of the connector frame to form a connector subassembly; and inserting the connector subassembly into a connector housing. The filter may have three electrical connections, two are connected to the terminals and one is connected to ground.

    • A brush holder of the present invention is formed by a plurality of brush holder units in serial connection. Each brush holder unit includes an insulating base, a brush frame, and two carbon brushes. The insulating base has a protrusion and a recess on opposite sides. The brush frame has a main body received in the recess and two branches projected from opposite ends of the main body. The carbon brushes are provided on the branches of the brush frame. The protrusion of the brush holder unit is inserted into the recess of another brush holder unit to serially connect the brush holder units as well as to secure the brush frame in the recess. Therefore, the brush holder may be formed by serially connecting the brush holder units in a fast and easy way, and it provides a stable signal transmission.
