    • A detection device to detect a power serving time of a super capacitor for a power-disconnected storage card and an amount of the data packets capable of being stored during the detected serving time is provided. The power-disconnected storage card includes a memory. The detection device includes a power supply unit, the super capacitor, a controller, a storage unit, and a detection unit. The storage unit stores the data packets. The detection unit includes a charge notification module, a data notification module and a time module. The charge notification module generates a first notification signal to the time module. The data notification module generates a second notification signal to the time module when the storage unit transmits the data packet to the memory. The time module records time when the memory completely store the data packet according to the first notification signal and the second notification signal.

    • An electronic device includes a housing, a circuit board, and a camera module. The camera module includes a camera unit, a flash device, and a protective cover. The camera unit records and stores images, and the protective cover protects the camera unit and the flash device. The protective cover includes an opening, a light hole, and a separation portion located between the opening and the light hole. The light from the flash device is diffused and passes through the light hole. The camera unit and the flash device are separated by the separation portion to prevent the light of the flash device from entering camera unit through the opening.

    • A container data center includes a container, a plurality of power supplies, an electric switch system, a plurality of normally closed switches, an alarm device, and a controller. The electric switch system is received in the container. The plurality of normally closed switches are connected between the power supplies and the electric switch system. Each normally closed switch is connected with a corresponding one of the power supplies in series. The controller is connected to the normally closed switches and the alarm device, configured for receiving earthquake information containing an earthquake intensity, and configured for controlling the alarm device to activate alarms and controlling some of the normally closed switches or all the normally closed switches to open when the earthquake intensity is equal to or greater than a predetermined earthquake intensity.

    • A method for fabricating a semiconductor lighting chip includes steps of providing a substrate with an epitaxial layer thereon. The epitaxial layer comprises a first semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second semiconductor layer successively grown on the substrate. The epitaxial layer has dislocation defects traversing the first semiconductor layer, the active layer and the second semiconductor layer. The epitaxial layer is then subjected to an etching process which remove parts of the second semiconductor layer and the active layer along the dislocation defects to form recesses recessing from the second semiconductor layer to the active layer. Thereafter a first electrode and a second electrode are formed on the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, respectively.

    • A method for making field emission electron source array includes following steps. An insulating layer is coated on outer surface of a linear carbon nanotube structure. A field emission electron source preform is formed by locating a plurality of conductive rings on outer surface of the insulating layer, wherein the plurality of conductive rings is space from each other, and each conductive ring comprises a first ring face and a second ring face opposite to the first ring face. A field emission electron source array preform is formed by aligning a plurality of field emission electron source performs side by side. The field emission electron source array preform is severed to form a plurality of field emission electron arrays by cutting the plurality of conductive rings.
