    • An electrical heating device with pluggable heating module includes a box body (10) and a heating module (20). The box body (10) has an accommodation space (14) for the liquid (74) contained therein, which is provided with a slot (111) communicating the accommodation space (14). The heating module (20) is received in the slot (111) in a pluggable way and separates the accommodation space into a first chamber (141) and a second chamber (142). The heating module (20) includes a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heating component (21) and a heat conducting component (22) covering the outside of the PTC heating component (21). By this arrangement, the time for maintaining the electrical heating device (1) can be saved and the liquid (74) heating effect of the electrical heating device (1) can be improved as well.

    • A heater used in car interior compartment includes a framework and a heating module. The framework includes a first base and a second base arranged in interval with the first base. The heating module is provided between the first base and the second base. The heating module includes a PTC heating component, a thermal conduction glue, a pair of electrode plate, a insulation thermal conduction glue, and a pair of thermal diffusion body. The electrode plate is stuck to both sides of the PTC heating component by the thermal conduction glue. Each thermal diffusion body connects each electrode plate in an insulation way by the insulation thermal conduction glue, and the heat generating and the anti electricity leakage effect of the heater can be improved.

    • A 3D AF camera module includes first and second imaging units, a storage unit, a color separation unit, a main processor unit, an image processing unit, first and second driving units, and an image combining unit. The first and second imaging units each capture an image of a scene from different angles. The color separation unit separates the images into red, green and blue colors. The main processor unit calculates MTF values of the images and determines a shooting mode of the 3D AF camera module. The image processing unit processes the images according to the MTF values to compensate for blurring of the images caused by being out of focus. The first and second driving units drive the first and second imaging units to points of optimum focuses according to MTF values. The image combining unit combines the images into a single 3D image.

    • A method for manufacturing a thin film transistor (TFT) is disclosed. The method is achieved by forming and defining a source and a drain of a thin film transistor through two lithographic processes cycles so that the channel length (L) of the thin film transistor can be reduced to 1.5 to 4.0 μm. Besides, the Ion current of the thin film transistor is increased as the channel length (L) is decreased. Therefore, the component area of the thin film transistor is decreased as the channel width (W) is decreased. Thus, the aperture ratio of the TFT-LCD can be increased due to the decreased component area of the thin film transistor.
