The protruding part is held in a prescribed position by being in contact with a holding member. The second protruding part comprises a second contact part that is a convex circular arc shape on at least one longitudinal plane and partly comes into contact with the holding member. A circular arc constitutes the first contact part and a circular arc that constitutes the second contact part are present in at least one cross-section that passes through a contact point between the first contact part and the holding member as well as a contact point between the second contact part and the holding member, and the center of the circular arc that constitutes the first contact part is aligned with the center of the circular arc that constitutes the second protruding part.

摘要： An enzyme capable of reducing the antibiotic activity (i.e., toxicity) of streptothricin with respect to eukaryotic cells without sacrificing antibiotic activity with respect to prokaryotic cells is provided along with a streptothricin derivative having reduced toxicity with respect to eukaryotic cells while retaining antibiotic activity with respect to prokaryotic cells, and a manufacturing method thereof. By opening the lactam ring of streptothricin, a protein having the amino acid sequence according to SEQ ID NO: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 or 16 of the invention can reduce the antibiotic activity of streptothricin D with respect to eukaryotic cells without sacrificing antibiotic activity with respect to prokaryotic cells.

摘要： A four-wheel drive vehicle includes a coupling, which varies the distribution ratio of torque to the front wheels and the rear wheels. The distribution ratio of torque to the front wheels and the rear wheels is determined by the engaging force of the coupling. An ECU sets first to third determination threshold values for the opening degree of a throttle valve of an engine in accordance with the detected vehicle speed. The ECU determines whether the vehicle is in a steady driving state by comparing the detected throttle opening degree with the set first to third determination threshold values and controls the engaging force of the coupling in accordance with the determination result. Thus, the steady driving state of the vehicle is correctly determined.
