In some examples, a method may include acquiring first patient data, wherein the first patient data comprises at least one of first posture state data indicative of a plurality of posture states of a patient during a first time period or first therapy adjustment data indicative of a plurality of patient therapy adjustments made during the first time period; generating baseline patient information based at least in part on the first patient data; and comparing the baseline patient information to patient information generated based on second patient data. 摘要： A programming session for an implantable medical device that includes a posture responsive therapy mode includes at least two phases. In a first phase, a first set of therapy parameter values are modified while the posture responsive therapy mode is deactivated. In the posture responsive therapy mode, the medical device automatically selects one or more therapy parameter values that define therapy delivered to a patient based on a detected posture state. In a second phase, the posture responsive therapy mode is activated and a second set of therapy parameter values are adjusted after observing a patient response to the posture responsive therapy delivered with the first set of therapy parameter values selected during the first phase. The second set of therapy parameter values may, for example, define the patient posture states or the modification profiles with which the medical device adjusts therapy upon detecting a posture state transition.

摘要： The embodiments described herein recite a telephone communication system used for handling information such as messages, typically voice mail messages, and, more particularly, is directed to a system that provides distributed session initiation protocol (SIP) silos. Distributed SIP silos (DSS) is a Communications Application Platform (CAP) feature that maintains the site's call capacity even when a signaling server fails. DSS uses multiple non-redundant signaling servers to provide SIP signaling for the same set of media ports. Because there are multiple signaling servers providing signaling for the same set of ports, the failure of one signaling server only terminates the calls it was actively processing and once those calls have been cleaned up, all the available (non-suspended) ports in the configuration are available to the remaining signaling servers.

The IMD may be configured to detect a posture state of a patient, and deliver posture-responsive therapy. In particular, the IMD not only detects the posture state of a patient, but also detects timing associated with the detected posture state, such as the time of day, the day of the week, or a specific time of day associated with a specific day. In this way, the posture-responsive therapy delivered by the IMD may be dependent not only on the posture state of the patient, but also on the timing associated with the posture state. The same posture state, therefore, may result in different types of therapy to the patient if the same posture occurs at different times of the day.

摘要： The disclosure provides a method for associating a detected therapy adjustment to a posture state and storing the association with a plurality of associations for the posture state. In a record mode, an implantable medical device is configured to store therapy adjustments for each posture state and allow a user to find efficacious therapy based upon review of the associations made during therapy. The system may determine the associations through implementation of a posture search timer and a posture stability timer. These timers allow the system to correctly associate therapy adjustments to posture states when the patient anticipates the posture change by adjusting therapy before engaging in the desired posture state. An external programmer may present a range of the therapy adjustments for each posture state to allow a user to review the therapy adjustments that have been made during the therapy.

The user interface displays a representation of the electrical leads implanted in the patient and at least one menu with icons that the user can use to adjust the stimulation therapy. The user may drag one or more field shapes from a field shape selection menu onto the desired location relative to the electrical leads. A manipulation tool menu may also allow the user to adjust the field shapes placed on the electrical leads, which represent the stimulation region. The programmer that includes the user interface then generates electrical stimulation parameter values for the stimulator to deliver stimulation according to the field shapes or field shape groups defined/located by the user. The field shapes may represent different types of stimulation representations, such as current density, activation functions, and neuron models.
