摘要： Disclosed is a technique for inducing economic driving for a vehicle. In particular, a control unit calculates a driving resistance of a vehicle based on a current rolling friction, air resistance, and a road grade of the vehicle. The an amount of air-conditioning energy consumed by the vehicle is calculated by the control unit, and in response the calculated driving resistance and air-conditioning energy are substituted into a data map to continuously calculate the optimal economic vehicle speed of the vehicle in real time. The optimal economic vehicle speed calculated by the control unit is then displayed to a driver via a display unit.

摘要： The present invention relates to a composition comprising an inhibitor of the expression or activity of SH3 domain containing ring finger 2 (SH3RF2) for preventing or treating cancers. More specifically, since the SH3RF2 protein, of which the expression level increases in various cancer tissues, binds to PAK4, which is a cancer-associated gene, to regulate an apoptosis inhibitory function of the PAK4 protein by ubiquitination activity of SH3RF2 RING domain, cancer cells, in which the expression of SH3RF2 is inhibited, sensitively respond to the induction of apoptosis to promote apoptosis and reduce in vivo tumorigenicity, such that the inhibitor of the expression or activity of SHRF2 can be useful as a composition for preventing or treating cancers.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for concentrating law titer fermentation broth, and more particularly to a method for concentrating a fermentation broth using forward osmosis. The method comprises: introducing the fermentation broth and an osmolyte into a feed chamber and a draw chamber, respectively, which are included in a concentration system and are divided from each other by a forward osmosis membrane, and subjecting the introduced fermentation broth to forward osmosis, thereby concentrating the fermentation broth in the feed chamber. The method can maximize the concentration of the low titer fermentation broth while minimizing energy consumption and operating cost, and thus can contribute to the industrialization of new technology.
