    • The present invention relates to an electronic apparatus and an auto wake-up circuit thereof. The electronic apparatus comprises a main module for performing a main function of the electronic apparatus and generating a first control signal when the electronic apparatus enters a sleep mode; an auxiliary module, coupled to the main module, for performing an auxiliary function of the electronic apparatus and generating a second control signal; and a wake-up circuit module, coupled to the main module and the auxiliary module, for generating a third control signal based on the first control signal and the second control signal. The auxiliary module maintains the auxiliary function based on the third control signal while the electronic apparatus is in the sleep mode.

    • The present invention discloses a rail-to-rail comparator. The rail-to-rail comparator includes: a positive voltage rail providing a positive supply voltage, a ground voltage rail providing a ground voltage, an input stage, and an output stage. The input stage includes: a positive and a negative input terminals for receiving a first input signal and a second input signal; a first differential amplifier circuit, which includes a pair of depletion NMOS transistors to generate a first pair of differential currents; and a second differential amplifier circuit, which includes a pair of native NMOS transistors to generate a second pair of differential currents. The output stage is coupled to the first differential amplifier circuit and the second differential amplifier circuit, and generates an output signal related to a difference between the first input signal and the second input signal.

    • A portable apparatus is capable of switching between a plurality of smart cards and associated circuits to provide a user various independent electronic wallet functions via a single portable apparatus, thereby increasing utilization flexibility and convenience. The portable apparatus includes at least a first smart card and a second smart cart, a near-field communication (NFC) unit, and a control circuit. The first smart card and the second smart card respectively include a first interface and a second interface. The NFC unit is coupled to the first smart card and the second smart card via the first interface and the second interface, respectively. The NFC unit is capable of performing NFC with external apparatuses. The control circuit controls the NFC unit to communicate with either the first smart card or the second smart card using control signals.
