摘要： The invention relates to a method of cutting off laminate layers for use in a fibre-reinforced laminate object (701) comprising a number of combined laminate layers (703) wherein, along a section of the at least one rim of the laminate layer, a tapering cut is performed through the thickness of the laminate layer, whereby the thickness of the laminate layer is reduced. Since not only the number of laminate layers, but also the thickness of the individual laminate layers are reduced, a laminate layer is accomplished that can be used in a laminate object, by which both the issues of areas rich in resin, air pockets and the risk of delamination are reduced. The invention also relates to a laminate layer for use in a fibre-reinforced laminate object comprising a number of combined laminate layers and a fiber-reinforced laminate object in the form of the blade of a wind turbine, wherein the blade of the wind turbine comprises a number of combined laminate layers.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a fiber-reinforced blade for a wind energy plant is presented, which blade is configured with at least a blade shell and means for conducting to a lightning current to an earth connection. Novel aspects of the method comprise that the blade is provided with segmented conductor means that are configured for conducting a lightning current outside the blade to the means for conducting to earth; and wherein the conductor means are distributed and secured at the external surface of the blade shell in such a manner that the conductor means are essentially flush with the external surface of the blade shell. When the segmented conductor means are distributed and attached at the external surface of the blade shell, the lightning current will not have to be conducted through the conductor means, but rather they are conducted in a ionised passage in the air above the conductor means.

摘要： The present invention concerns a method of producing a lightning diverter for conducting a lightning-induced electrical current, which is to be placed on structures such as wings on wind turbines, aircraft components, radomes and the like with the purpose of lightning protection. The method comprises the steps of making a plurality of holes in a plate of an electrically conductive material, filling said holes at least partly with one or more electrically non-conductive materials, and then finally dividing the plate—preferably into strips. The lightning diverter obtained hereby consists of a layer of electrically non-conductive material with a plurality of isolated segments of electrically conductive material.The invention further relates to a diverter strip with isolated segments of concave shapes being advantageous because of the good connection between the segments and the non-conductive material.

摘要： The structural member (1) has a generally U-shaped cross-section and comprises a base portion (2) and two leg portions (3) extending at substantially right angles from said base portion. The member comprises at least one thin sheet or foil which is corrugated in a continuous waveform in the longitudinal direction of the member.
